This may be an unusual review, but it needs to be brought to the attention of the owner. A few days ago, I received a tattoo from Ignacio "NACHO" Mejia. The process went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the final result. We discussed several topics, including the possibility of having work done on my existing tattoos. To summarize, I paid Nacho and arranged to communicate via text in the upcoming days to set up future appointments. I thanked Nacho the day after my tattoo through a message but received no response. I sent another message later that day, still without a reply. I tried calling his cell phone, but it went straight to voicemail. I also contacted the shop, where I was told he was busy and would call me back, but I never received a return call. This is completely unprofessional and a quick way for someone to lose a valuable client. Now, he has no idea who I am, what I do, how much I earn, or who I may or may not know. As a business owner myself, I see this as a serious breach of ethical conduct. Interestingly, if I were a celebrity, he would be eager to invade my privacy, attempting to tattoo me and take photos to show his family. I've never had such a terrible experience with anyone before. I paid more than was initially quoted and was not asking for anything free or a discount. If someone doesn't address this individual's work ethic, more clients will likely be lost.
