This may be an unusual review, but it needs to be brought to the attention of the owner. A few days ago, I received a tattoo from Ignacio "NACHO" Mejia. The process went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the final result. We discussed several topics, including the possibility of having work done on my existing tattoos. To summarize, I paid Nacho and arranged to communicate via text in the upcoming days to set up future appointments. I thanked Nacho the day after my tattoo through a message but received no response. I sent another message later that day, still without a reply. I tried calling his cell phone, but it went straight to voicemail. I also contacted the shop, where I was told he was busy and would call me back, but I never received a return call. This is completely unprofessional and a quick way for someone to lose a valuable client. Now, he has no idea who I am, what I do, how much I earn, or who I may or may not know. As a business owner myself, I see this as a serious breach of ethical conduct. Interestingly, if I were a celebrity, he would be eager to invade my privacy, attempting to tattoo me and take photos to show his family. I've never had such a terrible experience with anyone before. I paid more than was initially quoted and was not asking for anything free or a discount. If someone doesn't address this individual's work ethic, more clients will likely be lost. Went to get my second tattoo by Edison and loved it! Always a good experience, everyone is very friendly. I even got sprayed every once in a while with Lidocaine to help ease the pain. Was able to take a break here and there too. The price was affordable and reasonable. I get very picky with my tattoos and Kustom Kulture did not disappoint! It saddens me to drop them down to one star but that's what they deserve. I've tried for over a week calling the studio as they had a special.I'm sure for Halloween. Their message box is full. Their shop is closed and when you leave a message by text it as they ask, you to do not get even on one return call. Very sad.
