Went here on a whim for a belly button piercing because I always wanted one, and I am glad that they took walk-ins here! very quickly done and good client education on how to take care of your piercing as well as contraindications. very well-researched staff here that knew how to keep conversation flowing. I was really impressed by the service done by my specific piercer. Came here again to watch my friend get pierced on her nose because she always dreamt of one. I was impressed until I saw the way that they handled her hypoglycemic shock. She quite literally almost passed out. The only way that she was able to withstand was because I was there to physically tend to her as a healthcare worker. All the staff did was give us a coke, which helped, yes, but they just redirected us on the side to handle it on our own. No check-ups done until we were both able to finally stand up. What? My friend was able to go through the piercing, so yay! I want to rate this place higher because of my experience, but after hers, I cannot :/ Make sure to bring cash when you go here! read more

Went and had my lip pierced 2 days ago one thing I notice was cross contamination with the piercing artist. After he pierced my lip he kept the same gloves on touching clean lip rings for sale. I am a Registered Nurse and I witness an infection control issue. I also felt they were racist and treated me differently. This place is not for people of color and I am a black woman. read more

Upon arrival they greeted me and I had let them know I wanted a traditional spider web tattoo around my already existing spider. Just came back from the shop, and Matthew did an amazing job! Called in around 3pm to see if they had any open availability for a walk-in tattoo. They got back to me quickly for an opening at 5pm. I previously edited and emailed an illustration of orchids with orange details. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure the placement of the piece was exactly where I wanted it and helped me choose the right mix of colors. Ok. We can Not recommend this shop enough. The family came down to Northridge for our grandfathers memorial service and decided that day to get some memorial tattoos. We called around to several different shops and they were the only ones who would get us in. Walked in with 6 of us and they were already set up.
