She was so kind and professional the entire time, made sure I was comfortable, and the piercing itself was done painlessly! When I mentioned wanting to possibly switch to a hoop one day, she went back to make sure the piercing spot was perfect for my future plans. Also, when I mentioned that I was a little dizzy post-piercing [my fault for not having eaten anything], she immediately had a capri sun in my hand, and made sure I was completely fine before leaving. All in all I could not have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be going back for future piercings!

My husband and I got matching tattoos here and for the tattoo itself it's 3 stars. Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. I will update this review once the tattoos heal completely.

I appreciate Crystal taking her time to talk about the different jewelry offered and offer suggestions for my curated ear. You sign up with a QR code, then they call your name when it's your turn. I arrived around 4pm and waited less than 20 minutes. I talked to some of the girls who were waiting to get tattooed and it seemed their wait was also minimal. Jassy (stabbedbyjassy on IG) did three of my piercings. I got a daith, vertical helix, and lobe. I completely trusted her judgement and I'm glad I did. She made the experience fast and painless. Then once I contacted her through IG for some last minute questions, she responded less than two days later. Overall, glad I came here for the event and looking forward to another piercing by Jassy once these heal. Also glad I saved some money by going during this special event, because they quoted me $75 for a helix and $85 for a daith, originally.

The man didn't inform me as to what was going on and looked annoyed as more ppl came inside the shop. After waiting an hour, two more ppl came in & they weren't even greeted.
