The process from there was good, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sawooli drafted a very cool design with a couple variants to pick from. The tattoo process itself was less painful than my prior tattoo at a different studio even with multi colors; honestly not bad at all for the time needed. Pricing was totally fair for the high quality of work. The shop was clean, and organized with a cool pirate vibe. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. But, he, again, reassured me by letting me know that this is the piercing that put him on the map. So when it finally came time, he did it so fast that all I felt was a slight pinch. However, I have seen all artists works and reviewed each one. Isaac Newman (the grizzly bear) - I have had the privilege of knowing Isaac Newman for the last 8 years and I'm happy to call him my friend and only artist I will allow to tattoo me. He has done a variety of amazing tattoos on me and his black and grey is unmatched (I've attached pictures proving this). Not only is his art work amazing, he also has a soft hand. Never before have I know such a talented artist improve so quickly, which is an understatement because his work has always been good, but it continues to get even better. I would recommend Isaac and his work if you don't want "shit" tattoos and quality work....you better hurry too cause In not long he will be a house hold name in the industry. His constant awards at conventions are a testimony to this. (Talented in black/grey, Color, Portraits, and basically anything). Victor (Smokey) - victor is probably the most talented artist around when it comes to doing letter work. His raw talent and style is unmatched. Dude has put together some of the nicest letter work I've seen. He is extremely talented with black and grey as well as doing portraits. Victors a busy man, but when he is in the mode he's a beast! (Talents include, but are not limited to Letter Work, Black/Grey, and Portraits). Andy (Andy Warhorse) - I've not known Andy to long, but what I can say is he has tattooed my boy Noah extensively (sleeves and chest). Andy does a deeper black that most artists but it looks great. He's probably the fastest but yet still cleanest artist I've seen get down. Andy is known for his customer satisfaction and deals, but also very clean work. Very thoughtful guy with a long career in this industry and hope he's a permanent part of got ink. So as you can see you cannot go wrong getting work done at this shop. You will not leave unhappy as the work is quality, unlike tons of other shops. They do not rip you off and often times work sweet deals with clients. I myself wouldn't go anywhere else. Also on another note Isaac just dropped his clothing label which is dope as hell and called Get Ink. I will be collaborating with him this December on a limited edition black/grey camo got ink shirt. Shirt already has tons of orders and has not even been printed yet! Stay tuned or check in with him.

So I usually spend about a week or 2 deciding what I want done...it's a decision I don't think wise to just walk into a tat shop look at samples and be like ya that's it. I rather take some time researching my shit...and it ain't always have to be some deep meaning to it, but long as I think it's cool or maybe matches my way of thinking. Anyway once i go through that process, I text some of the crew samples of what I want...roughly book a day/time...they either design something from scratch or trace down my shit on tablet...I'm not too picky about the person doing my tat since I think they all good at it...I've worked with Vic and Crystal so far. Isaac though (owner or part owner?) he's probably the top dawg here...at least it seems. And his work is def impressive and he booked most the time. That should tell you something. Last week I had Crystal do my 'spirit wolf' hand tat....and damn this girl really impressed me. She so meticulous, taking her damn time doin work. But it came out clean af so i didn't mind...You do what you gotta to make it tight, all im sayin. And on a side note about Crystal: And this might sound creepy but wth...Every like few seconds she'd wipe the tat area right, it's part of her process, but like it was so gentle the wipes, like a mother wiping a babies ass lul. If she read this she probably gonna be creeped out now, but whatever Crystal deal with it 8p I'll be back here soon \o/

Nemo and Greg were friendly, welcoming, and kind. When Nemo found out my dog had passed away, we chatted about how much we love dogs for a while. I felt really safe (I was the only person in there the entire time and am a small woman). The tattoo came out incredible. Nemo is a magician? When he put the stencil on I was like uhhh ok I'm gonna trust this guy. Every time I looked down at what he was doing, I was amazed. He literally brought my dog to life on my arm.
