My partner and I came in to return a jewelry piece he surprised me with as a gift. I didn't even open the clear jewelry case since I immediately knew this septum ring was too large for me to wear. We clearly told the lady behind the register that we were there to exchange or return the piece. She tells us to wait for the piercer since others were waiting ahead of us. After waiting for over a half hour, I asked again, "do we really have to wait for the piercer to return this piece???" She said the piercer handles the jewelry. We were there for a total of at least 50 minutes! The piercer finally comes to us and tells us that jewelry cannot be returned after it leaves the shop. Why didn't the lady sitting behind the register give us this information as soon as we told her why we came in to the shop, instead of making us wait for almost an hour to just be extremely disappointed after speaking with the piercer? This place sucks, no respect and no consideration for patrons' valuable time. I have never been to a tattoo and piercing shop where the person at the register doesn't have basic knowledge on the shop's jewelry "policies" Back story: my partner goes in to this shop to surprise me with a septum ring. Another piercer helps him with picking out the jewelry. Bless my partner's heart but he knows nothing about piercings. He shows the piercer a photo of what I usually wear and somehow they pick out a piece that's triple the size of what I wear. The piercer never told my partner that jewelry is final sale. This place is an absolute disappointment and not helpful at all! Buy your jewelry somewhere else and go to a shop where everyone in the establishment values you as a customer!

Marv, one of the piercers, was there and not only was he incredibly reassuring, but he was also hilarious. I got no sleep the night before because I was so scared it was gonna be so painful. But, he, again, reassured me by letting me know that this is the piercing that put him on the map. So when it finally came time, he did it so fast that all I felt was a slight pinch. So I usually spend about a week or 2 deciding what I want done...it's a decision I don't think wise to just walk into a tat shop look at samples and be like ya that's it. I rather take some time researching my shit...and it ain't always have to be some deep meaning to it, but long as I think it's cool or maybe matches my way of thinking. Anyway once i go through that process, I text some of the crew samples of what I want...roughly book a day/time...they either design something from scratch or trace down my shit on tablet...I'm not too picky about the person doing my tat since I think they all good at it...I've worked with Vic and Crystal so far. Isaac though (owner or part owner?) he's probably the top dawg here...at least it seems. And his work is def impressive and he booked most the time. That should tell you something. Last week I had Crystal do my 'spirit wolf' hand tat....and damn this girl really impressed me. She so meticulous, taking her damn time doin work. But it came out clean af so i didn't mind...You do what you gotta to make it tight, all im sayin. And on a side note about Crystal: And this might sound creepy but wth...Every like few seconds she'd wipe the tat area right, it's part of her process, but like it was so gentle the wipes, like a mother wiping a babies ass lul. If she read this she probably gonna be creeped out now, but whatever Crystal deal with it 8p I'll be back here soon \o/

Nemo and Greg were friendly, welcoming, and kind. When Nemo found out my dog had passed away, we chatted about how much we love dogs for a while.
