Complete SCAM- Price marked up by $10k for a used Jeep that is 8 years old
    Rachel S.

VERY poor finance department. Went to purchase a used 2016 wrangler and got quoted close to $900/month with a 72 month loan. Doing the math and after reaching out to a financial advisor, the APR that they are asking is 30%! Along with the 30% APR, they are including the difference in buy out costs of my husbands brand new 2022 truck that they will buy out and get their money's well worth off of- so we are doing them a favor by even giving them this brand new truck in exchange for a used vehicle with a kelly blue book value of $20,000 (But being sold for $27k). Now, my husband does not have great credit- I understand the price will be higher due to that. However, we are going to have a co-signer with top credit and even once that was mentioned, the finance department said the best price will most likely be in the 600's in that case. Again, the APR will then be close to around 20%+ in that situation. When I use multiple online loan calculators, as well as counseling from a financial advisor, the cost should realistically be in the $400's at most. So if you would like to pay 30% APR on a car- this place is for you! I am attaching the "deal" they gave us for proof. Very sad as the sales representative, Brandon, was very nice and deserved the sale.

Excellent experience thanks to my salesman! See Jacob Rizkalla! Best car salesman experience I've had between all 5 of my new vehicle purchases. I wasn't thrilled to be surprised by the finance team's $598.00 "dealer documentation fee". It was like they were throwing it in hoping I didn't see it. I had to inquire about it. Thanks to the positive experience with Jacob I overlooked this disappointment and still gave 5 stars. Advise to dealership: Be more forthright about this fee.

Karen made our experience smooth and easy, and now we're leaving with a new car! Couldn't be more grateful.

We first called and spoke to Sherwood, he asked for which model and then stated he would have one at the front of the store when we arrive. When we arrived the car we had been looking for was right in front with the salesperson waiting for us to arrive. Tanasia was a dream to work with, unlike the other Dealerships we dealt with. She listened to our wants and needs and we agreed the car they showed us was the one we wanted. No BS upsale tactics , the price was 2K below MSRP and then they deducted another 3K as a bonus from KIA. The whole sale was easy and no pushy upgrades, they explained all the options available if you wanted one it was explained and shown how it worked. The ceramic coating is a must in NC, I have it on all my cars. Sure it's a little bit expensive but well worth it to keep your paint and interior looking great, my 2005 truck the paint still looks new. Finance was easy not pushy and again they listened to you not talked down to you. All in all we recommend this Dealership and ask for Tanasia. They have the best prices and did not raise the price like all the other Dealerships went to .

My experience here trumps any dealership I have ever been too. Building is clean and pleasant inside and very kid friendly. Jonny, the finance manager provided professional service, answered all questions and wrapped up everything in an efficient manager. Although my kiddos didn't use the play area. It seriously needs help. We highly recommend this dealership.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!…read more I will surely take part of the blame for not doing my due diligence before buying a 2025 Ford F-350 Super Duty pickup truck. I assumed that such an big and expensive peice of ... equipment would be capable of towing the kind of weight and trailer I need to tow. The mechanical ability is there. The tow hitch receiver is plenty strong enough. The truck is beefy enough. The electrical connections are there. The dealer even added an optional package to make towing a big RV trailer safer. Except for one tiny omission -- an option from the factory. A trailer brake controller. This is a pickup we're talking about, not a chassis cab. But I didn't check before turning over the money and signing the paperwork. Now I own a 7000 lb paperweight. But wait! There's more! When I had questions about those dealer installed options (actually customer installed, but why split hairs), thinking that they wouldn't work with the truck (I was wrong, but they didn't know I was wrong either--I only found out after I dove into the installation literature)--the General Sales Manager decided it was a good idea to argue with me. Even when I said we should wait and ask the master tech. The funny thing is that I actually got insulted when he suggested we rescind and unwind the deal. Ironically, that was the nicest and smartest thing he said, and I will forever regret not taking him up on it. Now, it isn't easy to admit I'm a fool. Maybe I expect too much, but it would have been nice if, after telling them I was going to pull a bobcat loader with the truck, someone would have mentioned that, despite any assumption to the contrary, trying to do such a thing with THAT truck could be deadly -- and illegal. Don't get me wrong, not all is lost. In fact, it's probably the best thing because the glitch with the software on the truck itself can disconnect the trailer brake controller installed at the factory from the truck's defective computer. Just like it was never installed in the first place. I suppose this issue will make the news in the not-too-distant future. Lawsuits aplenty. So the good here is that I can get a trailer brake controller that actually works and won't kill anyone. In closing, I shall never again do any business with Leith, I will never take the truck to Leith for warranty work, and I will at every opportunity warn others to stay as far away from Leith as humanly possible. I'm contemplating putting a sign on the tailgate, but I may just leave it in the Yelp review.
