If you see this food truck around holla at me - It's a must on sight every time, ya heard? So wash your hands and get ready to dirty them right up. In all my downright diverse and delicious days I've somehow not plugged my tush down and chomped down on some of dis cuisine. This truck got a smell that makes your own cheeks melt. Makes your tongue split and saliva drip uncontrollably. I'm getting some kilig feelin' just thinkin bout it rolling up near my way again. Lemme portray my purview for ya. Spend a day in my brain - Ha - You wish. You can pretend by play time always come to an end, don't it? Buncha clowns you are. But anyways... back to the basics Linguini. Where was I? That's right. It's 5:30pm my hands are up and I'm digging my right big toe into the pedal on my four wheel mid-sized car mobile. I don't bother with the breaks - There are none. Just big toe and motor controlling whether I roll or ride. Anyways hands up in the air, steering is for my robot driver Rambo. He doesn't exist yet... but I'm sure he will. J-Biebz is preaching about Yukon as if I ain't know anything about a Whitehorse. Shout out Gavin McK - six six six. Anyways... I'm bustin' up a hill and midway through I convulse a little. My nagging nostrils zoom out 3D-style and catch a whiff of something worth sniffing. I immediately crash my worthless car into the nearest tree trunk. It falls over my hood and covers the rest of the street. Thou shall not pass. Whatever I'm now bookin my way towards is mine and only mine, sunshine. Daddys home - I see the truck. A truck I dear so near. A heart so large I can cut a couple pieces of and feed em'. But if I did, would it regrow? I'm no scientist... but I better speak to CRISPR bout this. Shoutout Casgevy. Sickle cell who? Yeeee. I pull up on two wheels (my feet), like the bipedal I am, and wait in line cordially. I bite my lower lip a few times. Lean against a nearby lamp post. Stretch my glutes. Ooof I'm tight. And then I get a clear way to order. I've probably had it all by now. Some of dat Huli Huli, Lumpia, Sisig. Pork skewers are my fav. Loaded fries slap. The flavas here are simply unmatched. Garlicky, tangy, lively. Juicy, tender and unique. Intricate and elaborate yet straight out of a truck and over a bed of rice. Color me impressed (I look good in neutrals). Never once had a bad meal. And each time, in fact, had a top meal. Probably the best food truck I've had in the area and that's saying something. Literally gotta go every-time I see it. I can assure you that this is a sure 5/5. Top Dawg. Woof woof.

I've never had Filipino food before and decided on the Loaded Steak Fries. It was freshly made as I waited and the server (owner?) was wonderfully friendly. I brought it home to eat and it was truly tasty and delicious- and amazingly was still hot despite the 20 minute journey. My only complaint is that I found it to be extremely salty - and I do not shy away from salt in my food.

Not a big deal as I'm sure it's online somewhere or "hey you should know!" Would be nice for those of us that don't. The cheesesteak, from a foodie who can't claim to be connoisseur, was damn good. Even sauce to meat ratio, it was well seasoned, chopped just right and put onto a cheesy baked bread. Also, the cheese to steak ratio was perfect. Now, the rub. Took me over 25 minutes to get one. Love the food truck idea but there are two musts to the business: solid food prepared well and quickly. Trucks in Grand Army Plaza and the ones by Stamford pier have it right. This one does too, just needs to speed it up a bit.

I ordered the chicken and steak tacos. The chicken (el pollo) was tastier than the carnitas (cute up pieces of beef) also the cream and white cheese they drizzle on the top of the chopped lettuce adds Soo much rich flavor to the already delicious greasy meat. It's very good and CHEAPER than a barn full of baby chicks! Cheap- Cheap - but tasty. I'd recommend U stick with the chicken. Ohh and you also have a variety of Mexican sodas to choose from. I opted for the orange crush in the can. Topped off the meal perfectly. Also I don't want to forget 2 mention how delicious the freshly squeezed lemon is as you spray it all the hell all over the tacos. So good - sabrosito!!!

Delivery also takes FOREVER, I waited almost 2 hours once for an order of steak nachos & chicken tacos & received steak tacos. Also, there have been multiple times where I'm waiting for my order & homeless people come in the store asking me for my money & none of the employees do anything about it. How could someone feel comfortable in that kind of environment? I understand that happening outside but not inside of a business. OH AND I SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST. The final straw for me was when I went to go pick up my food, as usual it was taking forever, in the midst of me standing there a COCKROACH WALKS RIGHT ACROSS THE COUNTER! I TOLD THE EMPLOYEES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BAT AN EYE. Last time I step foot in this place. TLDR: Bad Service & Unsanitary environment!
