My left elbow had been hyper-extended when rolling during an arm-bar. My shoulders suffered from chronic pain, and my neck had been consistently cranked to a point where I no longer had full range of motion without feeling both knots and pain. I had been struggling with this hyper extended elbow for about 6-7 weeks now and healing stalled at about 85%. I'm now at 98% overnight just from one treatment. I can now close my elbow all the way while barely registering any pain. And my left elbow has only clicked once since last night. For the past month and a half, it clicked almost every time I bent it. And my shoulders are at 99% too. They feel like pre-jiu-jitsu days. Everyone who rolls BJJ knows that their shoulders are perpetually in pain. I can now do pull-ups again. I'm getting full range of motion in my neck too. Truly amazing.
