When I talked to The owner Steve and TOLD him that I needed my image to be printed just as mentioned he said he would be able to do so. He told me this 2 TIMES over the phone and FINALLY IN PERSON. I brought him my own blank bandanas, and he did the OPPOSITE of what I wanted. My design is small sized right in the middle of the bandana. Now I am trapped with 40 bandanas I CAN'T sell because they look stupid. Not to mention I had to jump through hoops to get them to do the screen printing. Ive worked in screen printing as a graphic designer, I've never had to invert anything let alone having the customer do it in Adobe Illustrator. Anyway when I finally got to talk to Steve on the phone again, He acted like HE TOLD ME that he wasn't able to perform the job from the beginning. WHICH WAS FALSE! Anyway not going back there.

I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. Teresa was beyond helpful, even getting us started with fittings while she balanced another client and she was extremely helpful in helping us decide how many uniforms to purchase and what other children at our school typically wear so my kids would fit in (our school has a lot of uniform choices). The manager kept checking on us to make sure we were ok and to answer any questions, and Robin helped with getting our items embroidered quickly and kept us updated on the minutes left until all of our items were ready to go. Yes, things take longer but that's because they take their time with each customer and everything is custom embroidered, but you leave there with everything you need for the school year. Honestly, wonderful customer service - we will definitely be back next year to order directly in store.
