Don't do business with these carny's. I went to Physical Graffi-Tee's to get bandanas printed close to the edges like most bandanas out there. When I talked to The owner Steve and TOLD him that I needed my image to be printed just as mentioned he said he would be able to do so. He told me this 2 TIMES over the phone and FINALLY IN PERSON. I brought him my own blank bandanas, and he did the OPPOSITE of what I wanted. My design is small sized right in the middle of the bandana. Now I am trapped with 40 bandanas I CAN'T sell because they look stupid. Not to mention I had to jump through hoops to get them to do the screen printing. Ive worked in screen printing as a graphic designer, I've never had to invert anything let alone having the customer do it in Adobe Illustrator. Anyway when I finally got to talk to Steve on the phone again, He acted like HE TOLD ME that he wasn't able to perform the job from the beginning. WHICH WAS FALSE! We placed an order of over 40 shirts months ago and still have not received anything... The owner is extremely unprofessional and only talked about himself the initial time we got him on the phone. Since then he does not return phone calls, voicemails or emails. I would highly recommend going elsewhere unless you like being scammed and paying for shirts you will never receive. read more

I would not recommend that you get your shirts screen printed by this business. The Owner does not value his customers business. You provide him with screens for t-shirts and he puts on the screens that he wants. I made a very sizable 1st order. Where he didn't follow my instructions, which he signed off on. The screen print on the back of the shirt was crooked. I also had a credit because an item that I ordered wasn't available. So then I placed an order for long sleeve t-shirts to be screen printed. He butchered up my logo, recreated the lettered. My logo wasn't presented well on the shirt. Again I wrote down the description of the colorways that I wanted my logo and lettering to be. He signed off on it and when I got the shirts back , my company's name was not in the colorway that I requested that he signed off on. I have be proofing artwork for 22 yrs now. You can make anything any color that you want in Adobe photo shop or any other design program. I reached you to him via email and he said, that if I wanted my company name to be in White I should have given it to him in that colorway. *Update 9/29/16 I get the call that my 12 shirts are finally done!! But wait....they're wrong again. Wrong t-shirts this time. Then the owner said he could fix it AGAIN, but they'd have to charge me AGAIN!! HAHAHA! Never ever will I go here again. Good riddance!! I had a small order of 12 shirts made for our company with our name and logo on them. I explained how we wanted them printed and the shop owner Steve said he understood and would get them done asap. When they were ready for pick up I went to get them, only to find that they were not printed as we had discussed. I immediately told the owner that they were not printed correctly. He apologized and said he would have a new dozen made up the way we discussed. Well that was 4 months ago. I now call nearly once a week to follow up and am told the same line that "we've been really busy and we haven't been able to get to them yet". As I write this review I am still waiting on the correct shirts I already paid for. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They don't stand by their work or their word. Completely unprofessional. I guess if you're not a big customer they just don't care about your business. We have many more orders of shirts to make in the future and it will most certainly NOT be with Physical Graffi-Tee's. Never again. Still Waiting. read more

Went to cancel order same day, and was not issued a refund for deposit. Few days later, an additional charge appeared on my card. Filed a dispute with cc company and had to get cc reissued. I had read some bad reviews elsewhere, but was in a bind as another local shop wasn't returning my calls for a rush small job order. I was in town for a short time and really needed this done fast. I read the owner was a bit rough around the edges but I didn't witness that. The owner came through for me and in several days for a very reasonable cost for a work event we were doing. I have no complaints, and no - I don't know any of them personally only through business. From my experience, I'd highly recommend! read more
