Staff is responsive and proactive with every task. We have used them for shipping an impossible-sized package (which arrived safely and intact during the horrible 2020 Xmas season), for simple drop offs, and for printing. There are closer print/drop off places to us, but my husband prefers this one because of the atmosphere of welcome.

I've bought inks for 4 different printers, had tons of questions and Ross has never failed to give me the exact answer to help me out or send me information that would resolve any printing issue.
