What seems to be good here is that they have a fairly large selection of scrubs and even some culinary wear in a lot of styles and colors. If you're a nursing student at a place like NCC or St. Luke's they've got you covered with the appropriate colors and will handle the necessary logo work all in house very quick. It was only two or three days until everything was ready. They're also good in that if the Allentown store has something and they don't, they'll either hold it for you until you get over there or they'll have it sent over to this location likely the next day. Before I get too positive let me bring in two negative points. 1. If you're in nursing school you probably need to do the whole all white shoe/clog thing. Note that if you're foot is on the larger side you might be SOL both in terms of what they have in stock and what they are able to order. An example being let's say you need a 10.5 all white model from Klogs. They don't stock it and supposedly they can't order it. I mean not that you should be in a hurry to get the Klogs here as they will set you back over a Benjamin but it surprised my wife that they couldn't do anything for her yet later online at home she took of things in a matter of minutes. 2. They try to hard sell their wall behind the register of things like blood pressure cuffs, pen lights and stethoscopes. While it is convenient to be able to buy everything in one stop, prices for the exact same things on Amazon are considerably less. Save your money, buy it elsewhere. While the selection here is very good, the pricing (even for the on sale stuff) is not. If you need to get your scrubs here then do it because they'll have what you need. But past that a lot of the accessories can be found online for much cheaper (and when it comes to shoes) with a much better selection. (Also note that if you work for one of the two local area hospital monopolies, twice a year if you bring your ID in they'll give you a small discount on most stuff in the store as long as it's not already on sale.)

Every single customer entering the store was cheerfully greeted and offered help. each attendant listened to the customers needs and never forced a sale. they were all so kind and simply motivated to provide each customer with an enjoyable experience. each attendant was super knowledgeable about sizing, styles etc of all of the product lines and made excellent suggestions to all customers. my attendant was julianne and she was WONDERFUL!!!! more businesses need to follow the lead of the staff at MP outfitters. what a refreshing experience to know that people do still care about customer satisfaction. thanks again and keep up the good work!!

I found out I am pregnant and needed two white coats to wear with maternity shirts. Maternity scrub tops are uncomfortable for me. This is my second pregnancy and I have maternity scrub tops (that I purchased through MP nursing previously)but wanted to spend the money to be comfortable this pregnancy. Went in and they were very friendly and helpful. I found the white coat I needed. I wanted to get them embroidered to be professional. I was told by the sales assistant that "if they were embroidered, they could not be returned and I could ONLY get the color black on the white jackets". Totally understood not returning them and wouldn't have planned on it since I tried it on in the store. I needed the jackets so I did not argue. Completed my order and thought it is what it is. While at work I noticed my coworker had just gotten a new white coat with the colored LVH logo, as we are asked to do. When I called MP back to question this my jackets were already done. I did appreciate that they said they would try to re-do them but were unsuccessful. It was suggested in a voicemail left for me that I come in and order new ones. I called to say that I'd be picking up the black embroidered jackets because I was not going to spend another $62.00 on something that was not my error. When I spoke to the manger she stated "Well when she wrote black on the order you could have questioned it since you've seen other people with something different." I found this extremely unprofessional. She basically blamed me for an error her staff made. I will be wearing the jackets at worker and if questioned by management I will be sharing my story. MP will no longer have my business and I will no longer recommend them to any new nurses. I hope if this happens again to a customer that it is handled better. As someone who deals with complaints 5 days a week at the hospital this is not how you handle issues and complaints.
