Had to ask for straw too. When the food finally showed up, my order was wrong. Cook said he must have misunderstood. Yes you did.. Returned to the kitchen to fix it. He just took it off the plate and rolled it in wrap and brought it back. Needless to say, it was awful. But he did offer more dressing to help wash it down. Never saw a staff member again. Female bartender's friends were across the bar from us and they all seemed to be having a fun time. Got a lot of attention. They were loud and talking trash. We were totally ignored, and once we had enough, we just walked out. NEVER TO RETURN!! We live around the corner and have visited this location many many times. We want to love it, because it's so close and has food, drink and indoor/outdoor spaces. BUT, this is not the first time service has been terrible. Prices have gone up, quality and services down down down. So sadly my neighborhood bar and grill is not a place I will frequent again.
