I visited Legends on a Friday night while on vacation from California with my wife and friends, and we had a blast. The place is really cool and casual with alot of TV's showing all the available sports on TV that night. The drinks are reasonably priced but they are strong and tasty. Terry the bartender was Awesome, and the best part of the night. Terry really took care of us throughout the night and even joined us for a shot. Overall Legends is great place to hang, watch sports, or just tie one on. I would definitely recommend Legends to anyone looking for a good time in Pal Park. read more

It's an old school American bar unlike most of the places in Pal Park. Came here again last night with a friend and had a blast! Great prices and loads of fun. The bar was packed and the bartenders were on point making sure everyone's drink order was being taken care of. The place was festive with cute christmas decorations along the bar... Certainly brightened up the place. Because it was my friends birthday ...the bartender Robbie gave my friend and I shots on the house and even took one with us which is always cool. We had to wait awhile to get to play darts but it wasn't a problem because the bartenders in general are pure entertainment . Since my last review, there have been multiple adjustments to Legends. My major complaint about the lock in the ladies room not working, is now fixed! we can go to the bathroom is peace! Also, the whole place has been painted, cleaned up behind the bar with new lights, and a few other adjustments on the interior too. As of now theres only 4 types of draft, but i heard theyre getting more. awesome! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. This is a gem of a "dive" bar that they actually renovated a few years back. The bartenders are ALWAYS so awesome. They make really good drinks (don't rob you of liquor) and their prices are really reasonable. I love going to Legends late night to shoot some darts and play some pool. You'll see a lot of regulars and the crowd is always very mixed. If you're with a few people and want something to do, its a great spot to play bar games and grab a brew for sure. Check it out, the bartenders will always take care good of you. I'm sad my boyfriend and I don't live in Leonia anymore which makes the trip to legends still worth it but a little less convenient. read more

I think this may be my new go to. Cliffside has shit to offer like whiskey Petes and clubhouse but this place? First I love the layout of it , then there's two pool tables and two dart boards. There are plenty of chairs and tables but enough space to walk around. The drinks are popping as hell! They hook it up with them cheap prices that college students like me are looking for. Also they are extremely nice so I tip them well. The crowd is mixed , sometimes you get an annoying person or two but my over all experience has been well. It's cool that they have a jukebox but it ate about 5 dollars of mine so I wouldn't trust it too much. I feel like it's a good spot if you just want to have a chill night or a good spot to pre game. Five taps, a Yuengling was $3.00. Also - Stella, Bud, Michelob. Back bar is limited. Bartender was nice enough. Glass was clean and the beer was cold. No kitchen. But is OK to bring in your own food. There is a deli and a Chinese place in the same strip mall. If I was bringing food in, I would go to K Pizza & Deli which is down the block. Five flat screens. Two pool tables. Hello I would like to share my experience. It was my first time going to Legends. I met the male bartender named Terry. I was with a friend and we ordered two blue moons. There was these two guys next to us that bought us two tequila shots of patron. Everything was pretty chill up until. Terry decided to touch my hair. In all honesty I really didn't appreciate that. 1. Terry is a stranger 2. Terry invaded my personal space 3. He overstepped a boundary. I was upset and expressed it by telling him to "please do not touch me. I do not know you."He then proceeded to apologize but the way he did it was very disrespectful. I did see Terry take a couple of shots behind the bar. Which is what any normal bartender would do. But I think he had a little too many. Anyway he started to taunt me by saying things like " oh I bet you consider this sexual harassment." I ignored that comment. I kindly asked him to please give me my phone that is charging behind the bar. After he made me feel uncomfortable. All I wanted to do was leave right away. Instead of giving me my phone right away. He took his time to give me my phone. On top of that. When he did decide to finally give me my phone. He threw it at me. I was really upset at the fact that not only is he being unprofessional. Terry is also being disrespectful. When he threw my phone at me. I decided to spill the full bottle of beer on the floor. I know two wrongs don't make a right. But what would you have done in my shoes? I walked away after I did that. Then I went inside because I forgot I left my friend inside. So when I came back inside he started yelling and saying disrespectful things about me. He then charged my friend and I for those shots that those guys bought us. Although I did not have to pay for it. I put down $10 anyway to keep his mouth shut. We had $16 on the bar table. Terry wanted to call the cops over $2. The bill was $18. This was my first time getting kicked out of a bar. I'm a petite 5'1 young lady. I don't understand why three people had to escort me out. When I didn't even get physical. All of this over respecting one's boundaries. In my opinion I think it's a ridiculous reason to be kicked out of a bar. I paid for my drinks. I put money in the juxbox. I was a customer. It's not like I was punching people in the face. For me to be treated poorly. FYI Terry don't get too comfortable with strangers. Also respect other people's boundaries and personal space. Don't take it personal. Lemme ask you something. Would you touch another guy's hair to get their attention? I don't think so. I don't regret my actions. In my opinion I think he deserved it and I would do it all over again. read more

Legends is the worst service bar I have ever been to. Terri the bartender is the most rude , foul bartender I have ever met . He will serve a full drink at 2:20 on the dot and viscously scream at people before 2:30 to get out of the bar . He called a female the c word just to get her out of the bar . Great neighborhood bar! Juke box, pool tables, darts, and friendly bar tenders make legends a perfect spot to meet friends and have a couple beers or drinks. Currently only 4 beers on tap with plans to eventually add more in the future. Enough tvs to catch any game from from any seat at the bar. If you're not into a big sports bar or loud crowded club this is the right spot to just kick back and hang with friends or get a round of pool going. Legends never disappoints! read more

Just a normal sports bar. What I like is that it's never crowded and you can have a conversation there. There is no music but a jukebox and you could put something of your taste. There is also two pool tables there ( not like a play pool) and well its pretty spacey, not a tight small place. read more
