His buffing did just that. I am so relieved. I can't tell you how great the spirit is in this detail shop. All the workers are so friendly joking around with each other and really attentive of my car. I can't tell you how pleased I am. If you're looking for a shop that has Heart and cares about you and your vehicle, I fully recommend Absolutely Mint Detail. I have to let you know I I've never been here before I just pulled in seeing their sign on the road. I don't know any workers here nor the owner, Tony, it's my first time, so this review is coming from the Heart. Tony actually cared what I was going through And realized the seriousness of the sap that was baking into my paint. I left here today with such a brilliant, beautiful detail job. He brought my vehicle back to its original condition. I am amazed what he did. I am amazed how detailed oriented he is. The value for the work and the outcome involved in removing all that sap on a very large vehicle buffing the whole car the cost was very reasonable. Everyone was so hands-on and meticulous. It was amazing. I can't praise this veterans own detail shop any higher. If there were more stars to be given, I would've gave him more stars.

Car was great, good price, and he stood behind it if it needed work. I drove that thing into the ground, I abused the poor thing. It took whatever punishment I gave it! Cut to present time - a week ago: went back and traded in an old Volvo C70 and got a 2006 XC90. Good price, nice car! Current present: I needed another key for the new car (since it only came with one), and I didn't think to go to him- so I went straight to Volvo down the block. They wanted $91 for the "valet key" (with no remote), and an additional $180 for "programming, labor, and software". This is criminal, but they obviously could care less. So, I'm in the waiting room at "Volvo the fleecers" and suddenly I get a call from Marc- he noticed my car in the lot. My original mechanic was outstanding--he took pride in his work, communicated well, and I had complete confidence in him. Unfortunately, after he left, my experience steadily declined. To be fair, some of what happened may have simply been a series of unfortunate events, including my engine blowing while at ACI and not with me. However, what ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere wasn't just the mechanical issues--it was the complete lack of communication. The biggest problem was dealing with the head scheduler. I called numerous times, left messages, and rarely received a response. I understand that some projects take longer than others, and I would have been perfectly fine if someone had simply told me, "We can't get to your car this week because we're tied up with another project." Honest communication goes a long way. The one bright spot was Brett. He always answered my calls and assured me he would speak with the scheduler. Unfortunately, the scheduler almost never followed up with me, leaving me constantly wondering what was happening with my car. After years of frustration, I finally decided to have the car moved to another shop. To make matters worse, the waiver they required me to sign before releasing my vehicle was, in my opinion, excessive, unprofessional, and left a very bad final impression. I genuinely wanted this shop to succeed because my initial experience was so positive. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service ultimately outweighed everything else. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACI Dynamics.
