Their own terms clearly say, "We will call or text you with a delivery time the day before the event. We will give you a 1-2 hour delivery window... Our routes are planned to ensure every order is delivered and setup on time." That turned out to be COMPLETELY FALSE. Despite a text saying delivery would be between 11 AM-1 PM, no one showed. NO call. NO update. I had to chase them down, and the rental finally arrived barely 15 MINUTES before the party started. The driver was polite but didn't know how to operate the cotton candy machine because, as he said, "I'm just the delivery guy." The worst part was speaking with Kirk, the manager. He was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He cut me off, said, "You're upset even though you enjoyed the rental and had your party," and HUNG UP on me before I could respond. He confirmed a partial refund--$51.75 back to my card in a few days and $23.75 via Zelle--which honestly felt ODD for a business. While I appreciate the refund, a SIMPLE APOLOGY for the stress this caused would have meant FAR MORE. I actually wanted to post this review the night of my daughter's party, but I chose to wait until the refund processed to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a Black woman, I was deeply ASHAMED of how Kirk carried himself and how this reflects on the business. I truly hope he's held accountable because situations like this are exactly why people hesitate to support small, minority-owned businesses. This company made what should've been a joyful day incredibly STRESSFUL. I will NEVER use them again and urge others to think twice if you want your child's party to go smoothly.

This is a mixed review but I think she did an amazing job with my engagement pictures during our first session. The photos came to us fast and were all very good. But for my wedding it was not all good. Leading up to the wedding she did not do much to ask about personalization for the video/photos and was hard to get in touch with little communication. During our wedding day when they got to the venue it was just all very rushed and bossy. She was telling everyone what to do the entire time without even considering which photos I wanted and never asked if there was anything else I wanted to do in the moment. She had the survey months before the wedding but never asked what I wanted other than on the survey. Then second, DO NOT BOOK VIDEOGRAPHY with Abbie bull. Before the wedding there were no questions asked about how I would want my video or if there are particular things I want in the video. There was ZERO personalization in the video. I did not get to choose anything that I wanted for the video. I also had to keep reaching out to her asking when it was going to be done and there was very little communication that was started by her to me. Then when I got the video it had music that sounded generic and did not show what our wedding was actually like at all. There was also no sound other than the generic music in the background. I was so disappointed that I did not post it anywhere and will probably be finding a way to add my own music that I actually want in the background of the video. Overall, she did come and shoot my wedding after having a car wreck with broken ribs and did have personal things happen throughout the time in between. So I am very glad that she did not cancel right before and leave us with no photographer. I do still wish that a lot of things would have gone differently and would not have booked with her if I would have known. I also know I could have been more vocal with my wants throughout the process but I was planning my own wedding and did not know what the process was and assumed that during the day she would consider what I want. Hopefully this helps someone who is planning their big day! Addition: In her contract it does state that the vendor gets all creative outlook and judgement. And basically does state that there is no personalization. I am just warning other brides to pay attention to this and consider this when booking with her. If you want your wedding to be a reflection of you and not just her company then don't book with Abbie Bull. I was reminded very fast after posting this review that it was in the contract so I thought I would update the review to include that.
