This gym has hidden fees. its not $25, $35 or $95 a month it's more and only discounts are for military only I was told and not for first responders or any members of health provider companys. they say no contracts and cancel anytime but there's a $20 fee to cancel. When you look at their website only thing different out of the 3 types of memberships is the price. Nothing explained about if you can have a guest or visit other gyms having a type of membership. Stair Masters have been out of service for ever. What's the point of being "24hrs" if you can't even use the showers. It takes forever to check in/ inconvenient. My friend wanted to get a pass and was not allowed to because she was a previous WORLDS GYM MEMBER that is still being charged btw. Owner contradicted himself and doesn't know how to try to win customers. As far as the music goes it is TRASH. It's not even the cussing the music is just so corny and unpleasant. There's no accessible trash cans or paper towels/ Cleaning bottles to wipe down machines. I can never find any nearby. I think there's only 2 in the first floor. Also the clips to change attachments on the cable machines is almost impossible. read more

Been a lot of disruption with the painting and moving around of equipment. I have a few other small complaints but not worth the effort. But my biggest complaint is their loud and obnoxious music. Only once when I asked for it to be turned down because it bleeds through my Air pods was my request accepted. The other times front desk staff said they would have to ask their manager. Ridiculous!! That is either pure laziness or just stupidity. Why does it have to be so loud to bleed through my headphones? I look around and roughly 90% of the people have their own headphones anyway. Who is that loud obnoxious music for then anyway? Staff? The 10% not wearing headphones? Anyway because of this idiocy, I ended up spending $200 on a Bose Quiet Comfort over ear noise canceling headphone. I shouldn't of had to do so. Shame on you Legends. read more

The facility overall is going through a beautiful transformation. I love what the new owner is doing with the place. The only reason why I am not rating this place 5 stars is due to their awful costumer service. The young ladies in the Front Desk lack Communication and Customer service skills. If I could leave less than one star, I would. This gym makes it money by having you sign up and if you don't come back in person they'll charge you for the month. Aside from that if you sign up on the 23rd. They charge you $69.95 roughly just because you didn't cancel after the week trial and then they charge you $39.95 at the first of the month plus some sort of $10 fee for god knows what. NEVER SIGN UP HERE. They will rip you off. Manager put me on hold for 10 minutes, forgot about me, I called back and I understand this is there policy but I haven't even trained one month at this gym and they're gonna charge me $20 to cancel, and I've already paid $100 for one month at this gym. Front desk is horrible. been going for a year and still no showers have been fixed and they continue to charge me the extra $10/ month for their reconstruction fee. unbelievable i should be receiving a discount for that alone read more

This place absolutely sucks the rules are very annoying can't buy a drink if your not a member so if your a guest it's not happening they've been rebuilding the entire time it's been open employees are very unprofessional and gossip a lot about members I thought gyms were supposed to be more uplifting but absolutely not at Legends read more

For all the people trying to find a new gym to start the year, by all means, avoid this gym like the PLEGUE. You essentially pay for your monthly membership, PLUS an additional $10 a month to help "maintain" the gym. Not sure where my money went to since half the machines are broken, and to make it worse, the restrooms are definitely a HEALTH VIOLATION. All the men's restroom stalls are broken, while there's literally urine and paper towers all over the floors. If you don't mind holding it in for 2-3 hours, then by all means, go for it, but if I'm paying an additional cost to help "maintain" the gym, then at least get the restrooms situated. I have also seen a few roaches from time to time. Don't take the risk of getting an infection for their poor sanitary procedures and avoid getting a membership here. There are cleaner and more affordable gyms out nearby. read more

A lot of people complaining about getting charged. That's a whole different issue, but world gym did announce the change. Legends didn't start charging their fee until Jan 1 2024. I've been going to this gym for a year and have seen a lot of positive changes. New machines going up, workers walking around picking up trash. Not all updates are made yet but come on, they've made plenty so far. I'm happy with it. read more

Didn't even have my gym membership for a month. The female workers at the gym talk crap about the women who come in to work out and assume we can't hear because of us having headphones on. They constantly complain about moving weights around the gym. The weirdest part of it all my buddy wasn't allowed to buy an energy drink because he doesn't have a gym membership. When I went to cancel my memberships the female workers were arguing amongst each other saying "I don't want to help her you can help her." Finally someone helped me and once I cancelled they told me "I cannot come back anymore." If you're a female who has confidence with yourself don't come to this gym women workers are big jealous haters. read more

Can't give it a 5 because they haven't finished the remodel. Everyone complaining is cheap. When Wolrd's own this place it was a dump. But for $100 a year how could I complain with the variety? Yes, it's $33 a month now. The staff is really kind. They are just dealing with a previous situation of a money grab. Complaining about music? Go to PF, this ain't the place for you! I enjoy this gym. It's never too packed to where you can't find something to work out. I got screwed over the rest of my year membership, but it's $100... maybe I lost out on 3-4 months here. As a former worlds gym member this gym has needed this makeover. Although it has taken some time to get done and back to the organized set up, they have stayed open and have provided a place for myself and others to workout and feel good. it's been hectic and sometimes messy but the people at the front are always super sweet and patient. the gym is big enough to have your own space. and the price is worth it if you go everyday and stay consistent. read more

They are transitioning from worlds gym to legends half of the machines are broken and do not accommodate you for not being able to use their machines under construction. Corporate sucks and we're not nice to you or explain to you. Gave it a one star only because I had to rate it, if I could have given it a zero star rating I would have. Got a free day pass from the hotel I'm staying at, walked over to do some a quick cardio workout with just my pass and room card. Got there and was told to sit down in the lobby, after a few minutes a guy came up and asked me what I wanted. I told him I have a free day pass from the hotel. He said he would need to have my ID to reference me? I asked what does that mean and he went on about how I could be lying about the day pass. I said the hotel filled this out and showed him my room key. He said it wasn't good enough and implied that I was lying. I didn't feel like arguing since the vibe I got was that this place gets off on doing stuff like this, so I left and brought it up to the hotel staff to see if they want to continue to send guest there. I'm just happy I didn't have to pay anything. This gym is garbage. read more
