So, the beginning of this year I hit a rough patch at the gym. The gym used to be my happy place. Working out was my self care and passion. But somehow it became a meaningless routine and a boring chore. I stopped going to the gym and took a break but was struggling to find the motivation to return. A friend invited me to try Trifecta, using a 3 day pass. At first it sounded too good to be true but turns out it is true and it is good lol I went in and read the full contract and everything they said matched the contract (see picture of contract below). It's $55 to start and $70 per month, unless you have 5 or more people signing up together then it's $55 a month (get your friends together and sign up!). It may sound expensive but in reality it's not. There is no price on wanting to better yourself and working on your health! It is also month to month and you're not stuck in a long term commitment if you don't want to. After my first workout I was in love with Trifecta and knew I was going to sign up. Hasan is the owner, he facilitates most classes, and words can't describe that man's passion for fitness. You can see how much he genuinely cares about the members and his gym. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He has gone through his own fitness journey as well which makes him very relatable. There is also an instructor named Eric, He is very creative and energetic. He is also very passionate and plays great music (knows the lyrics to all the songs too lol). Brianna, another instructor, is the booty queen. She is very helpful with form, explaining how muscles work and making sure the booty gets sore- booty gains!!! The front desk staff are also very helpful and nice. The gym is an open room, with an office for privacy, bathroom and with all the workout supplies you need to have a great workout. They also sell protein powders, pre workout, waters etc but products are never pushed on members. They do not have child care, which can be an inconvenience for some- not for me because my furry kids can stay home alone lol Things I love about Trifecta: Very well structured classes- upper body day, lower body day, full body day etc. Classes start on time and last a total of 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Hasan always goes a full hour- yay! Every class has a Warm up, intense workout, and cool down! They play very fun and energetic music! They use a headset so everyone can hear what they're explaining. Their equipment is in great condition and they have equipment for all levels of fitness. They clean all their equipment, floor and bathroom- very clean gym. The classes are boot camp style but if you're working on a specific goal you can talk to the trainers and they will teach you how to achieve your goal- weight loss, strength, and how to modify workouts if necessary. The collective effervescence during class is euphorically intoxicating!! Everyone is there to workout hard and give it their all! Everyone motivates each other. It's a beautiful energetic community of individuals. In addition to the regular classes, they offer other options such as accountability programs and special challenges. Other cool things are offered like hiking groups, workouts at the beach etc. I am beyond happy I joined Trifecta, this is the best I have felt physically and mentally! read more

Absolutely love this gym! Best workout I have ever experienced. I was hesitant to sign up because I heard the workouts are pretty extreme but I was so glad I signed up! The workouts are an hour long and each day will be a different workout. They focus on arms, legs, whole body, and conditioning. They really help push you to make sure you get the best workout without over doing it. I feel so much better about myself after a workout at trifecta! read more

I finally found the workout that I have been looking for. The trainers are constantly making sure we are in correct form and working out to our fullest potential. Everyone in attendance knows to be ready to sweat!!! Best part is to end the work out with a cool down period that sometimes is overlooked. This fitness center is definitely a hidden GEM! The techniques offered by the multiple trainers is hard to come by... BUT this center has it all! They offer lower body, upper body all while incorporating cardio intervals. The variety of training techniques and multiple classes offered daily (Monday-Sunday) is exactly what I was searching for. At first this place was awesome. I loved going to work out almost everyday with Hason and Eric. Having an autoimmune disease which caused me to have to take a break from the gym, I placed my membership on hold by email request as I was instructed to do. Quite a few months later I received an email from Trifecta stating I owed over $300.00 in past dues. I explained the situation and even showed my email communication. I was no longer allowed to work out at Trifecta. Being one of the original members that signed up from the day you opened your doors, this is horrible customer service and I will never return to this place. Having a medical condition and even doctors notes stating my condition and restrictions and you still impose months of fees on your members like this when it was supposed to be on hold? Absolutely horrible! read more

A great place to workout! Don't have to worry about what to do when your at a regular gym. This is the place where the trainers truly care and push you! I love this place! Hason is amazing and his staff is super helpful. I started at the camp a year ago and stopped going due to prices. When at the camp I always went to Hasan's classes. Now he has his own place and everyday is a Hasan workout. Eric's classes are amazing, too. I tried going a regular gym but I am not motivated to do anything on my own. This place is awesome! From the moment you walk in Hason treats you as a family. This gym is for beginners to actively fit people. Workouts are modified to your fitness level (I'm a beginner). You don't feel left out. He motivates you and the staff (Eric) is the best! He gave his first class yesterday, I was sweating bullets lol! Every class is different. What's great about this place is the trainers! Very motivating and extremely great in helping you work towards your fitness goals, accomplishing them and maintaining them.
