I cannot believe it's been over 6 months since I first joined F45! Although it's quite an expensive membership (I pay to go 8 times a month), this workout gives me the boost I need when I'm tired of my other workouts (walking or running). I've never come to F45 thinking, "This again?" Each workout is unique and challenges me physically and mentally. And just when I feel cocky and think, "How is this workout going to make me sweat?" I am sweating, thirsty, and waiting for the 45 minutes to be over! Sometimes I just drive home in a stunned silence that I got through the workout without collapsing. Also, the coaches here are phenomenal! Some will show you the correct form, others will motivate you by shouting encouraging words, and others will sometimes work alongside you on a machine or two if you don't have a partner to keep you motivated and giving it your all. My most hated exercise is burpees. I like the part when I have to get on the floor, but then I have to get back up again! But I am really proud of myself for doing several burpees in a row and not staying on the floor where it's comfortable and safe. ;-) Tired of doing the same boring workout? Want a workout you don't have to think about setting up? Just want to start an exercise routine that gets you off the couch? No matter the reason, F45 is the perfect place to get moving! read more

Lauren, Brandon and Jordan are a great team!! Highly recommend the morning workouts. Such a great vibe and starts the day off good!!!

F45 is THE sweet spot for fitness classes. I was spending a ton on a personal trainer, which is great for personalized progress but tough to schedule and very expensive. I then tried a gym membership which is much cheaper and easy- to schedule, but waiting for machines and my own accountability to show up was a bummer. F45 is a blend of the best parts of both- easy to schedule, reasonably priced, amazing weekly programming, and personal coaches like Lauren and Brandon who help with the exercises, plus really get to know me. Lauren and Brandon are motivators who keep me coming back very regularly with accountability. I found the fitness "sweet spot" with F45! read more

One of the best f45 studios I've been to! So big and clean, great music and instructors!

Great atmosphere and energy! Totally recommend. Been coming a couple of weeks and just got the membership. Totally worth the money!

There are two main reasons why I give F45 Training a Five Star rating. The first reason: these workouts aren't boring. That's super important because most exercise bores me. And if it's boring, I'm not going to want to do it. But that's never an issue at F45. I've found every session to be different enough that I never get bored. The classes are really well-designed. You know when you sign up what the focus of your class will be. There are usually 10 stations that you complete in 45 minutes, but the exercises at each station are different every class. Each station has two different exercises, typically one for the upper body, one for the lower body. You can choose to do either or both. The second, and most important, reason I give this gym a Five Star Rating is the trainers that work here. Especially the early morning staff, Josie, Lauren and Sarah. There are usually at least two trainers working every class. They continuously circulate around the room, so you never have to wait long for one to come by and check to see if your form is correct or if you need a modification. If you have difficulty doing an exercise, a trainer will instantly modify it or give you an alternative exercise. And that's another reason F45 gets 5 stars from me. See, I can actually do very few of the exercises as demonstrated. I need modifications at almost every station. But I know that in less than a minute a trainer will pass by and quickly modify the activity into something I can actually do. So, I always get a great workout here. F45 Training really is a great place to workout. The trainers that work here are incredibly supportive. There is a really positive, high energy, vibe here. Sessions often end with people high-fiving each other. I love that! Mikey C says: I highly recommend F45 Training! read more

My daughter and I went to a Pilates class if that's what you wanna call it was not great. Definitely not worth the money. I was looking for a facility that could accommodate my daughter's needs as a teenager young adult. The instructor was all over the place, not giving proper instruction too bad. read more

This place is awesome! Great trainers, great energy and a kicka** workout!! Highly recommend!

This F45 is unlike anything you have experienced! The instructors make you feel like family and they are always adding classes when they fill up. Anytime I've reached out to them, one of their teammates respond almost immediately! They scored the jackpot with Garrett as a trainer, he is loud and keeps up the energy every class. My favorite part about this gym is that they have so many options for morning classes. It makes it so easy for me to work out 5 days a week. Keep doing what your are doing F45 Ventura!!! Also, their cleanliness is admirable... the gym is always spotless and I feel comfortable using their equipment. read more

Although I'm not currently a member... I have to say. This place was a perfect transition for me. I needed to get into a better headspace & begin moving my body & pushing myself. As I became more confident in f45 I grew stronger, began fueling my body well & felt excited for my workouts. It's so nice to have people welcoming you in as you begin a workout & getting connected with other members. I highly suggest if you feel like you're in a rut to check f45 out. F45 Ventura has grown up to my expectations! When they initially opened the place I visited them and I was not happy from what I saw, I doubt if they would do good. Today they have earned my respect that I gave up my membership from a different gym that I was happy. The reason why I joined F45 in Ventura is the responsibility and the respect that the owners have given to their clients. I haven't seen any other place giving the support and the commitment that this place shows and gives to its clients! Even the trainers or the coaches are caring and supportive during our training sessions. I fully recommend this location to anyone and everyone. read more

Joining F45 has been one of the best decisions I've made. I have tried a few gyms in Ventura but I have never encountered one like F45. You can feel the energy and positive vibes all around. They have highly motivated trainers that really take the time to encourage you and support you with the workouts, nutrition and fitness goals. They made me feel inclusive immediately and helped guide & direct me through the many different workout stations at the gym. They take the time to teach you how to properly use the equipment to get the best results. I see this an investment in myself and a very worthy one. I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it. I have always struggled with fitness and maintaining my goals. F45 Ventura has been a real change for me. The team aspect and encouraging coaches really make you feel part of a community that cares about your personal goals. I started with only a couple of classes per week and thought I would struggle with more challenging classes. However, over time, I feel stronger and more willing to push myself. In fact, several regulars I never knew before are now some of my biggest advocates, support group, and accountability buddies. The facilities are top quality, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help you modify an exercise or help you with proper form. Plus, everyday is a different set of HIIT exercises that keep working out interesting and from being mundane. I can't say enough good things about this place. You guys!!!! Not only is this gym beyond clean/sanitized, the people are amazing! I'm the type of person that needs to be pushed and told what to do in the gym. Coming up with my own workout was frustrating and defeating. This alleviates all of that stress for me! Anyone can do this workout. The trainers are motivating and helpful ALL THE TIME. Not only do they push you outside of your comfort zone, they also ensure you are doing the exercises properly to prevent injuries. We have all been newbies in the gym before and know how intimidating it can be to start fresh, but you will NOT be disappointed if you join this gym, trust me. I can't imagine a nicer group of people to workout with every day. You will not be disappointed, unless you don't like to sweat. If you don't like sweating, this is not the place for you. Since you are reading a gym review, I assume you are looking to get your sweat sesh on, so go try it out! I love this place and the people. I'm so happy it's a part of my daily routine! read more
