The space was welcoming, the instructors were warm and encouraging, and the energy was pure empowerment. They met me exactly where I was--physically and emotionally--and helped me build strength I thought I'd lost forever. Slowly, class by class, I began to feel muscles I hadn't felt in years waking up again. I started standing taller, moving with more confidence, and, dare I say it, feeling powerful. This isn't just a workout--it's a healing journey wrapped in sweat and trembling muscles. The Lagree method is no joke (your glutes will write you angry letters), but it's also deeply transformative. At first glance the studio seems to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Once class began, she demonstrated and explained each move clearly. We had a small group so she regularly checked on each person to make sure our form was correct. This course turned out to be more challenging than I expected. It was recommended by the instructor to take a few beginners courses until you're more familiar and comfortable with using the megareformer. Overall it was a good workout, would definitely consider attending another class.

I convinced myself to sign up for AlReal Yoga. Please know I haven't done yoga in over a year and at no point did I look graceful or at all like I know what I'm doing. AlReal Yoga involves the use of a hammock to provide a deeper stretch because you get a little more stability. I thought I'd lost my mind for deciding to make that my first experience trying yoga again. Bless Belinda. She took one look at me and came over to offer reassurance. I appreciated the fact that she helped me figure out what to do during class when I floundered around with the hammock. After sweating like I'd run 3 miles and feeling like and uncoordinated oaf, I promised myself I'd come back the following week. I noticed the next day I was sore in all the right places. I ended signing up for Morning Yoga with Jami and enjoyed that also. She reassured me and I got an excellent stretch from that session. This place is ideal because they have so many options for classes. Not just yoga, but barre/spin/Pilates/fusion classes.
