Now I have thousands of dollars of products that I have to refund customers because this company didn't manage to give them to UPS, or didn't make sure they scanned them in as received if they did pick up. No one seems to be able to help me because the labels all say they were never received. I will NEVER trust these scammers with my business again. I don't know what happened to my packages but the loss has been catastrophic to my business in these troubling times.
