Great service and cleaning for move out inspection…read more Outstanding quality! Apartment looks great, windows, kitchen, bathroom, floors are just outstanding! Michael worked with me since my schedule of move out date changed twice. I'm blown away by my carpet, so was my Apartment Management! They were very pleased with my clean apartment and very surprised my carpet looked better now then when I first moved in. Highly recommend :-) Thank you!

I called for a quote a couple weeks before scheduling and was quoted $280-360 (no more than $580)…read morefor a move out cleaning for my 3 bedroom/1.5 bath home in Kapolei . When Michael came, he looked at the house and ended up quoting $700 ! And apparently windows are a separate cost ??? WEIRD . Of course I opted for no windows to be done. I can easily just wipe it myself. The house was in about 7/10 maybe even 8/10 condition . It wasn't entirely super dirty in my opinion except for the dusty baseboards but I guess because of that alone, it cost $700 . I only hired this company and chose this company because of the fact I thought I was gonna get an affordable price and my property manager said I needed a professional cleaner with receipts but honestly, if I knew I was gonna pay that much, I would've gone with Maids in Oahu or something . Another thing is he brought a lady (Christine) from another cleaning company (Maid to Shine LLC) to do the work and when I asked for a receipt, she wrote it out on a thank you card (kind of unprofessional but to each their own) and when I examined the house after she had left, I noticed one of the kitchen cabinets were untouched for some reason so now I have to go back in and clean it. I honestly was not impressed. I could've done a better cleaning and I'm sure I could've gotten a cheaper price from other cleaning companies. I basically paid them $140/hr for the house to be cleaned WITHOUT windows (they were there for 5 hours). 2 stars because I scheduled two days before the initial meet date and they were able to come on Sunday.

*DON'T DO IT - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*…read more Michael was hired to "professionally clean" our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and shampoo/vacuum/steam our carpet on 12/3/2019 at 9am but he came about 15 mins late. Whatever, it was fine. He initially quoted me $375-$425 on yelp but after our initial walk through he changed the quote to $492.15 because he didn't know our living room and hall way had carpet. Ok whatever, that's fine too. I just needed the place cleaned out. At the final walk through, he did his little calculation on his phone and quoted me $497.xx Kitchen: Micheal strategically cleaned out specific drawers/cupboards in my kitchen so that when we did the final walk through, he knew exactly which drawers to open to make like he actually cleaned. He told me he cleaned behind my fridge to which he did not do. He did not sweep or mop my kitchen floor and he left stains on my counter top (see picture). He states there was "roach infestation" and wasn't able to clean certain areas of the Kitchen but per the Terminators that we hired, there wasn't any activities (unnecessary money we spent believing Michael and his lies). Bathroom: This dude left under our bathroom sink untouched, left the bathtub faucet with soap scums, the toilet still had the toilet ring. The toilet itself was just wiped on the top but he left the sides and bottom untouched. Also left the bathroom floor as is, no sweeping and/or mopping. He strategically stood in the middle of the bathroom (our bathroom isn't that big) and explained everything so I was not able to get in and get a good look on everything he claimed he "cleaned" (see pictures). Carpet: This one pissed me off. This guy literally just put water on my carpet and ran his vacuum over it. He did not steam, shampoo or put any stain solution on it. I know this because we had to get another guy come in and do what Michael was suppose to do. *GO SEE EXCELLENCE CARPET - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED* And he told us Michael did not do any of the above. When I did my walk through with Michael, I asked him about some stains on the carpet and he said "Yeah, I tried to get it off but it just wouldn't" - so funny he said that because when he left my husband scrubbed it off with a bottle cap and the stain came right off. Also, my two closets in the unit had carpet in them and this guy did not have the decency to at least vacuum the insides. Overall this guy and company is a SCAM!! Please please please don't hire these guys. I saw 2 previous bad reviews but I went with him anyway because he quoted me the least (ha!). I initially begged Michael to give us a refund back on our carpet or at least come back and re-do it but he said he asked his service manager and they are unable to do carpet refunds. It is funny he said because on yelp it says he is the owner. LOL Michael reached out to me after my Husband posted a review. All of the sudden he can do carpet refunds now, he requested that my Husband take off his review and he will refund us back $120 from our $497. He said he will only give me half of this $120 back AFTER I sign 'removal waiver with yelp' so no further can be posted. I told Michael he can keep my $120 and I'll write my review so that hopefully no one else can fall for his scamming ways. It was definitely a hard lesson to learn especially since it is the holidays and I have little kids to buy presents for. P.s Michael - Wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. Hope you buy them something nice with my $497 dollars. UPDATE: These pictures are my pictures and they are not meant for "black mailing" but to simply prove that Michael did such a bad job. I don't care about how much Mike quoted me. It is the service that you provided that I am dissatisfied with. And yes, please have Yelp review my account. Most of my reviews are 5 stars and I always like to write good things about people. ALSO, NO COMPLETE REFUND was accepted like Mike here says. Another Lie! LOL

The flat price he provided me was a good price point for me and Bermie also allowed me to add additional services for a fee. Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon! If Bermie and team can do this for a rental unit...imagine what they can do for YOUR HOME. Two thumbs up and five stars for Bermie 808 Janitorial!

Do Not Book This Cleaning Service - Unprofessional, Incomplete Work, and Zero Accountability…read more I hired this company for a move-out cleaning of my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at a quoted rate of $550. From the start, their lack of professionalism was apparent. 1. Late Arrival & Excuses: They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM but only notified me at the exact time that they'd be late due to cleaning another place late the night before. They didn't show up until 10 AM, despite knowing I had taken time off work to be there. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, they suddenly mentioned waiving a "last-minute booking fee" - a charge I was never informed about until it was convenient for them. 2. Incomplete & Poor Cleaning: When I returned at 3 PM, the apartment was not properly cleaned despite being completely empty. Some of the worst issues included: * Kitchen drawers left untouched, still containing items. * Guest bathroom tub & washer/dryer covered in hair and dust. * Master shower left soaking wet with no attempt to dry it. * Floors still dirty--my feet were black just from walking around. * Sliding doors, window sills, and vents still filled with dirt and debris. * Microwave left filthy with chunks of food, including a piece of pizza. * Washer & dryer surfaces untouched--covered in dust and grime. 3. False Promises & Ghosting: * I still paid them $550 in cash plus a $50 tip, trusting their promise to return Monday at 9:30 AM for a touch-up. * Over the weekend, I found even more areas they had missed and messaged the owner. Instead of taking accountability, she responded with excuses and an attitude, claiming I was "overreacting." * On Monday morning, I texted two hours before the appointment with a list of areas needing attention. No response. * 9:50 AM: Texted again--no response. * Called twice--no answer. * They never showed up, never responded, and completely ghosted me. 4. Scam-Level Service & Unprofessionalism: This business is not experienced, not professional, and absolutely not worth your money. The owner is rude, dismissive, and unaccountable. If you want to waste your time and money on a half-done cleaning job with horrible customer service, then book them. Otherwise, stay far away. I paid $600 for nothing and had to clean my apartment myself after they left. This was a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. THIS WAS NOT A POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN. There was minor droplets of paint on the floor that they agreed to clean. if they felt that cleaning the paint would be too much to cover and cause them to neglect other areas that were necessary to be clean for a move out clean, they should have communicated that to me ahead of time and then I would've agreed or disagree to either pay more or for them to not clean up the paint, instead that was not communicated. It was only stated after I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the work that they did . Mind you there was still paint on the floor afterwards anyway that I had to clean myself including the other areas they missed. again every time I found a fault in their work they justified it with whatever excuse that they could find. after posting this review from the owner basically telling me that she was going to give me a partial refund, but then she went on yelp and saw this review. after going back-and-forth, I explained to her that it's clear we are never going to see eye and if she can give me a half refund, she said that she did not feel that I deserved half a refund so I told her OK send me whatever the partial refund is that you were going to send and we can be done with this. She then LAUGHED AT MY MESSAGE and never refunded me. They were even sent videos and pictures of the home prior to showing up. Unfortunately I didn't take a lot of photos there was much more missed but that's because I didn't plan on making a review if they came and fixed everything. None of this is malicious it's just to warn others. I paid them and TIPPED them in good faith and ended up getting burned in the end.

Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!.
