First & last visit. Worker didn't greet me, just told me to follow her. Did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. Asked me three times what color I selected. Left the books on my armrest so my purse sat on the floor. Didn't talk, would nudge my foot when she wanted it moved. Rushed through the service. When it was done, rudely told me to lift the arm rest then went to the register, didn't wait for me. No thank you, etc. then was surprised she didn't get a tip. Person next to me was offered a drink, sheet to select service, massage chair started. Maybe I just got a bad worker? I won't be going back to try again. Legend Nails Spa is great when you have a lot of time to be waiting around or don't really care about if you get with a highly trained person or not much experience. I've gone here quite a few times and am sometimes satisfied and other times not. I've also received a nail infection after getting a full set before and that was the moment I stopped coming back. I have had a lot of pedicures and some are better than others. However, I have never had a pedicure that did NOT include lotion and foot/calf massage but still charge the same as other salons. That's half the reason I go to have a pedicure. That's a deal breaker- there are so many other places to go and I will take my business elsewhere. It's a hit or miss if you get a good nail tech here. Just got a full set and the nail tech did not listen at all and then made them extremely short, really thick and wide and boxy (NOT what I asked for). The gel polish that you pay extra for isn't even over the nail. By far the worst nails I've ever gotten. The nails are so bad I'm taking them off instantly. The owner should be checking on these techs because this guy is BAD!!! The worst $50 dollars ever spent. Any place could have done better than this. read more

We had an appointment with a specific person, that wasn't honored, they just stuck us with whoever was free. The person that ended up doing my nails was very rough when he cut my cuticles and left cuticles still on the nail. He did a really sloppy job applying the gel polish, so much so that I had to remove polish from my skin around the nails afterward. He did not clean under my nails, just left the dirt and extra polish there, I had to ask him to do that. Overall a really rushed, sloppy job for almost $40. I will not be returning and I suggest that if you'd like your nails to look even somewhat nice, or if you'd like to receive the bare-minimum included in a manicure, go elsewhere. So we had a reservation for Saturday morning. We came in at our time but had to wait 40 minutes to get in a seat and waited another 15 minutes for someone to start working on our feet. The girls do an excellent job on the nails. But owner is very bad at keeping track of who should get service based on the appointment. Took over two hours to get a no chip manicure and pedicure. I gave them many chances but even with appointments, they run ridiculously late. This last time, I had a 4pm appointment. They called me at 3pm and asked if I could come at 6pm instead. I walked in just before 6, told them I was there for my 6pm appointment, and sat down. At 6:50, I got up and left. In that time, no one spoke to me, gave me any updates, or apologized. My time is valuable and I've found another nail salon who understands that. I will never go back. read more

I want to cry after my first visit here. I asked for tips, dip, and a design. Kevin refused to give me tips, told me it would look bad, even though I asked 3 times for tips. He told me the colors for my design wouldn't look good so he did his own thing. He didn't even bother to shape my nails until I asked. I paid $70 for that + getting my previous set of nails taken off. I have never paid more than $5 to get nails taken off and here it was $15. Overall what I wanted was ignored, I feel like I was overcharged for what I received, also had to wait 20 after our appointment time. Very disappointed. read more

Although Legend Nails Spa normally does a great job, the last three services were below standard. My refills have only lasted a few days before the nail(s) was/were broken. The acrillyic was placed to the rear of my nail and not at the tip. Furthermore, being charged for removing my gel nail polish for a pedicure is absurb; I understand the extra cost for gel nail polish or to have my polish changed, but for the removal? Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not return. read more
