While the pedicure itself was nicely done, I waited 20 minutes, was given the first person available, and charged for a more expensive pedicure (the cost was eventually reduced to the kind I booked). The staff is nice, the environment clean and inviting, but why bother with the pretense of an appointment?

The trash can they use for their foot spa's liners was overflowing. Their polishes were so messy with polish all over the container. They didn't dispose of old polish but put it back on the shelf. The barbisol was filthy. They didn't have any towels to dry hands after washing and they didn't have any clean nail brushes. This place should be inspected and shut down until they fix all discrepancies!!!

First & last visit. Worker didn't greet me, just told me to follow her. Did not ask what kind of…read morepedicure I wanted. Asked me three times what color I selected. Left the books on my armrest so my purse sat on the floor. Didn't talk, would nudge my foot when she wanted it moved. Rushed through the service. When it was done, rudely told me to lift the arm rest then went to the register, didn't wait for me. No thank you, etc. then was surprised she didn't get a tip. Person next to me was offered a drink, sheet to select service, massage chair started. Maybe I just got a bad worker? I won't be going back to try again. Expensive pedicure for a rushed, mediocre job.

Then a friend of hers came in for a pedi minutes after we started and she was rushing me. Almost every finger had the skin ripped off by the dremel with no apology, she left finger nail polish all over my fingers saying she would clean it up but didn't and I ended up having to. The underneath of the nails were still filled with gunk and I had to scrape it out myself. I'm not new to getting my nails done and know some places rush but this was a lot on top of the rushing. Beautiful nails but not so good experience. Edited to add we had an appointment.

12:55 Nail Art Salon…read moreI was just extremely disappointed. I went there because I had some inspiration pictures to show them and I was hoping to get something similar. The name "Nail Art" and the pictures shown on their website implies that they offer designs as well as the option to select "design" on the booking. The one person who spoke and understood English was so rude and short with me I felt like crying and walking out but I'm getting ready to reunite with my daughter after being estranged for almost 6 years. Once she was about to take my $115 she was suddenly fake friendly. I left them no cash tip but I do have a life tip, take a course in being personable, respectful, friendly, simply people skills. I would not recommend that place to anyone! Regardless of the services or merchandise you offer at a business you will not be successful and have referrals or repeat business without people skills!

Then she finished foiling my hair an hour and a half into the appt. and stuck me under the dryer (and then I'm pretty sure she forgot about me).
