I would not consider hiring a thief. if you cannot fix the hot tub, at least have the courtesy to tel your paying customer instead of being a you know what and no longer respond to calls. $3000.00 of hard earned money gone. thanks for nothing.

They are honest, well priced and will troubleshoot the problem until they find it. Highly recommend. It's almost unbelievable what Frisco did to us. Hard to believe in these times and in a small town they risk being outed for the scam artists they are. I don't usually use platforms like this or shame anyone or organizations but this time felt appropriate, I felt it necessary to stand up. If you saw the email they sent me and the money they took you would understand. Here is hoping my visa dispute works out. I gave them a week to settle this respectfully and professionally and to take the high road. They chose the alternate route. Truly unfortunate. They sent a technician to troubleshoot my issue they didn't do anything to find the leak. The technician was clueless. Even though the hot tub was literally leaking right before his eyes. They took $250+tax from me and tried to scam another $50 for a "dye test". The technician took some red food coloring and dropped 3 drops into the tub that cost $50. The technician left and left a note suggesting we needed to lift it to assess and that would cost $1,200. I called and called to dispute ask for a resolution even offered to pay half of the fee I just wanted to have the leak assessed during the service call I paid for. I bought the refurbished tub off them one year ago and they don't know how to assess a basic leak. I was referred to Ian's Technical Services and they came out for half the price found the same leak in 30min and had it repaired in under 15min for $240. See picture. I have confronted Frisco and they blamed me for poor maintenance or a rodent. When you see the picture you will understand that a self contained unit like a beachcomber, a rodent could never get in and poor maintenance doesn't cause a pipe to come away from it's clamp. They brought up a past repair (heater coil) that was due to low Alkaline water. Yes we own that and paid for the service. We were new to hot tub ownership. The technician from Ian's said that they poorly repaired it didn't use glue and was obvious the panel had been opened before because of the screws in the bottom. Overpriced, poor service and they insult their customers. It's hard to believe they are still in business. Good luck to you if you ever use them.
