I am terribly disappointed at the experience that I recently had. When I pulled up to pick it up 2 minutes later, the rude barista said to me over the intercom 'you need to give us more time to make your coffee' ... I next waited behind 3 cars a total of 8 minutes before I actually got my coffee. Well over the time frame my coffee was supposed to be ready. In addition, what is the difference if I simply drove up through the drive through and ordered it right then and there, and not ahead of time through my app? I know the manager Baez would be disappointed at this lack of customer service. To make matters worse, the barista basically threw the coffee at me, didn't look at me, or greet me. I said thank you and she literally gave me a dirty look. I frequent this starbucks all of the time and I am extremely disappointed. Looking at other online reviews, others share the same sentiment.

My husband and I always get the same thing and split it as it is enough for 2. The blueberry pancakes are delicious! Omelettes yummy (well seasoned) - we always add mushrooms, ground impossible sausage and spinach. I usually get a chai latte or seasonal latte and hubby gets the lavender lemonade. Service is fast and the energy is lively and although always busy, they never rush you out. We also love the neighborhood and always run into friends here, it has an energy of "it's the place to be".
