Sam Lopez was available and he made my idea come alive and accommodated the few changes I was wanting. You won't go wrong having Sam tattoo you, he's professional, clean, and does crisp tattooing and fine line work. 10/10 would recommend and come back! My boyfriend got a line work skull done by Jonathan on the spot. Not only did he exceed expectations but he also added his own personal touch by improving the shading on the skull vs what was showed to him to go off of. After moving from AZ back to CA I knew I wanted a tattoo to always remember my time there. I did a lot of research for an artist because I wanted to make sure that this was going to look amazing because it was going to be very visible(on my forearm). After month of looking into artist, I finally found one that I liked. Totto. I knew I had a trip coming up in October so I called 2 weeks before my trip and asked if he would be available. To my surprise, he was! I texted over some pictures of what I was kind of wanting as well as the placement, I was quoted and I took the appointment without hesitation. As soon as my flight landed I headed right over and met with Totto, I showed him my inspo picture but explained that there were some things I wanted changed...he took about 30 minutes to draw something up for me and it was perfection! I later found out that he is the shop owner which was no surprise because he is one talented person. This is a great place to drop in for a spur of the moment tattoo because they have plenty of guys in the shop working on their craft. read more

Never even got a tattoo! I called simply to ask about their anime artists as I have had so many unreliable artists. I noticed some amazing DBZ and MHA pieces and was sold!!!! I spoke with Sam, who cut me off, didn't listen to what I had to say and was more focused on the money. "We don't do anything over the phone, we don't draw-out anything until a deposit is paid"... So, my best friend & I wanted to do Friday the 13th tattoos. We finally found this place, it said no shop minimum, and we had our designs ready. Mind you, a majority of the designs they had, were near exact with what my friend requested, except hers were significantly smaller. They had a semi colon & palm tree on their $20 flash sheets, and the ones my friend brought in were even smaller than those. I got a decent sized forearm piece (approx 2.5x2.5), and a bigger piece above the knee (pics included for reference). My friend got a semi colon on her wrist (approx 1/8") and a palm tree on the other wrist (approx 1.5"). (Included her pics). He charged me $80 for both of mine, which I found pretty fair. However, he charged my friend the same price for hers, plus he got a tip on top of both. With mine, I paid $100 with tip. I think that was a fair price, considering the size like I mentioned. However, when I found out he charged my friend the same price & tip recommended, I about cried for her. It makes me sad to think that she didn't want to upset the artist by asking about the price hike, because she didn't want him to turn her away. It should always be OPEN communication, and while we understand the shop has the final say, his demeanor towards her is what really made her avoid confrontation. His wife sat behind both of us while he tattooed, and I do have to say that he was quite short & inattentive to my friend while she was visiting with him & getting her tattoos. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but having your wife behind your clients, especially women, made us both feel kind of awkward. It might've been better if she responded to our compliments on her ink or even had a friendly aura. She just acted really standoffish, almost as if she didn't want us getting tattooed by her husband. Maybe that's just me, but then again, I catch up on vibes pretty easily. I am not the type to complain, but I also want to make sure that it's brought up, so other customers and possibly the shop can reflect on what might make a customers visit a little less.......rushed & awkward. I will say I am happy with my forearm tattoo, and my leg tattoo will need a touch up in the future. But hey, it was Friday the 13th, we were excited. Also, when we got there (around 10:15am,) the shop had NO line, and there was 2 other customers in there (one getting a custom tattoo, the other most likely waiting on them.) We didn't have to wait, there was no reason to rush (the artist said they don't advertise Fri the 13th much, because they don't want it being super hectic or rushed.) I kind of wish I would've went a little different for her, otherwise we would've been happy to leave a 5 star. You just can't really expect to pay 5x the amount, for an even smaller design than their $20 pieces . I wish I would've known sooner, she didn't mention it until later that night because it was eating her up & she felt like she was taken advantage of with price..... Great place! I needed help with jewelry. I'm not sure who assisted me, but He assisted me quickly. Listened to my request and fixed my dermal! Yay! All in about 10 minutes. My only thing was their assortment of dermal was extremely limited. I'm glad that they had what I wanted. Great establishment! read more

We were down in Arizona for a trip and we called this location for a last minute tattoo and they told us to come in at 10am the next day for a walk in. We got there at 10am sharp and nobody was there so we waited it out for roughly 30 minutes and still nobody. I get things happen but if you aren't going to be there at 10am don't tell potential customers to be there at 10am. read more

What a joke this place is. I went in on Saturday to get a piercing the guy said that he was busy and to come back Sunday in the morning and he would give me a "deal". I went back Sunday 51 minutes after they opened and the guy said that he was busy again with an appointment. I don't recommend going there as they only have once piercer ever available. This place was close to my house so I thought I would give it a try but I would rather go to Halo or HTC were you are able to make an appointment. This place does not take appointment for piercings only tattoo. Don't get turned down twice! read more

I went to get a few piercings with Mari and I absolutely love them . She was very gentle and fast she helped me stay calm and relaxed. She answered all my questions I had and her work space was clean and neat she had everything ready. She also told me how to take care of them . They healed up really good. I went back for a tattoo with her and again she did amazing ! I'm in love with the results!! I will definitely be going back with her to get more . I highly recommend. I had a super weird experience here. I went on Halloween for their deals to get my first professional tattoo. I made an appointment online to be told in person that they did not use their website. That was the first weird thing about it, but the man I talked to was kind enough to honor my booking an appointment. Something that made me uncomfortable was that none of the employees were wearing masks and they had a table of food out during a pandemic. It would have been more appropriate if it was in the back for the employees there only and not the customers. There wasn't any social distancing as well. They were not following CDC guidelines. There was one super amazing employee with a long braid and she was really helpful and kind. Honestly deserves a raise considering how sweet and friendly she was. I feel terrible for her since her coworker was being rude and arguing with her within ear-shot of customers. The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and tried to overcharge me. I must look naive because this woman tried to charge me $40 for a penny-sized finger tattoo when they were offering $20 business card size tattoos. She claimed it was because finger tattoos fade and I would need it touched up. I'm more than willing to pay for a touch up if needed but she just assumed I would ever want to return to that establishment. It's totally off-putting to me that a business would try to take advantage of me on my first tattoo. I won't be recommending this place to my friends. The same woman was filming everybody in the store for a long portion of the time I was there. She constantly had her phone out, I assume she was taking videos for a Snapchat story. It was unprofessional considering the length of time she had her phone out for. I can see maybe 2-5 minutes, but bordering on 20-30 is excessive and annoying. I did not consent to being filmed either. Onto the actual tattoo, it came out great! My artist was amazing and so so accommodating. I never got his name but he let me ask questions and was reassuring. Like I mentioned, my tattoo was small so it was over quickly. Overall, most of the employees I encountered were great. It made me uncomfortable that they decided to not wear masks during a pandemic/enforce social distancing and that one of their employees tried to overcharge me. Maybe I just had a weird experience here since it was so busy, but I'd recommend checking out other tattoo shops before going here. read more

While the workers were welcoming and friendly, the service I received was mid. I went in for a helix piercing and she allowed me to pick my jewelry and all. I did not look at the length of the bar but as a "professional" you should know better. Two days after getting my helix, I noticed my ear start to swell up and had white stuff coming out. Even the slightest touch to it gave me so much pain. Luckily, I went to get a tattoo at my regular shop and showed my guy the helix. He immediately told me the bar was way too small and should've never been used. He went ahead and changed out the jewelry for me and I have been great ever since. Had I not done this, I would've probably gotten an infection and a keloid would've formed. I called Legacy Ink that same day that I got it changed out and explained what happened but because there was no manager; they couldn't do anything. I called the next day and was told the same thing. When I was finally able to talk to a manager, he told me that he couldn't do a refund because the "process would take too long since i paid with card." He offered me a free piercing but honestly I don't want it because you already fucked up once. No apology was given, nothing. I think that's sad considering the girl claimed to be a professional. And then she tries to gaslight me by saying that I chose the jewelry. Yes, I did but you should've considered the length of the bar as well. I wouldn't have said ok had I seen the length of the bar. All I was shown was the diamond part. I am not an angry customer, just disappointed at how the situation was handled. Do better. An apology would've made me feel a lot better. read more
