Dewey Pest & Termite Control was contacted but could not provide an inspection for well over a week. This should have been a 'red flag' as all of the other companies offered same-or-next-day inspections. Nevertheless, I booked with Dewey for a 10-12 window about ten days later. At 7:45 on the morning of the inspection, I received a call cancelling the appointment and offering a re-booking, same 10-12 window, a week later which I accepted. At 9:45 on the morning of the second scheduled appointment, I received a call cancelling the appointment and offering a re-booking, which I declined. Sometimes, I think that service providers believe that the world revolves around them. For both of these appointments, I had to schedule my day to accommodate the contractor and, in both cases, this was for naught. One re-schedule I can live with, although it was inconvenient. The second was unacceptable and, in my opinion, reflects a lack of customer awareness and consideration, in addition to poor management on the part of the Dewey staff.
