I ordered the Cloud Matcha, which was very good; I have actually already been back to get it again along with some other items! I also tried the croissant, which was delicious. Also got a bagel sandwich. It was good enough. It was a premade heat up sort of thing, but I'm sure it was better than the $10 continental breakfast the Hilton was offering. How about the clearance bin... ooh... cute cups, but no space in the suitcase... LOL! Such a struggle! Anyway, I'm here to start another challenge. I brought my Personal Cup and got my discount and Bonus Stars! Yay! My cup was filled to the top even though I just asked for the "Tall" size! Thank you!!! Thanks also for the efficient service and calm environment where I wrote this review! I appreciate the clean, convenient restroom! I'll be back!

I came here with a group of 3 and we ordered 2 Passionfruit Sugarcane and 1 Dragonfruit Strawberry Sugarcane to drink, alongside that we got food. We got the Bun Dau Mam Tom, Banh Xeo, and Banh Beo. I must say I was not disappointed at all with any of the food choices. The Bun Dau Mam Tom was rich and flavorful with the shrimp paste, which complimented the meat and vegetables that came with it. The Banh Beo was nice and savory, which offered a bit of oily kick! The Banh Xeo was nice and crispy. These oily options paired nicely with the cool and refreshing sugarcane. Parking is easy with a huge lot out front and they sell some Viet street food along their drink menu. They have a small seating area next to the prep area with low stools to really nail the street food vibe, but the AC wasn't super strong in the building. We pulled up during the heat wave a while back on a Saturday afternoon and honestly had a pretty decent line the whole time we were there, we ended up waiting 20+ minutes. If you've never had sugarcane juice before, it's actually not overly sweet in spite of it's name and somehow manages to be extremely refreshing. I'd be prepared to drop 10 bucks per drink, but they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend all the fruity sugarcane juices, but my personal go-to is the kumquat version which adds just the right amount of sour kick to balance out the flavor.

This was an amazing cuppa coffee (Americano). I went back to try a shot of espresso, just to see what the difference was with cream and just straight espresso by itself. The espresso shot was really good. From an ambience perspective, it's very industrial, contemporary. It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop. So, if you're in the area of the Southcenter / Tukwila/ airport, and want a quality coffee shop, that's relatively easy to get in and out of, with a good amount of parking, stop by this place. JoJo will take very good care of you. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks for making it an awesome day.
