Friend was playing slots and would cash out a nearly $1000 voucher from a slot machine around 4am. We continued playing until around 9am when we left to get food out, and go to the hotel for a short time. Group returned around 10am and began playing until the player that had won almost $1000 earlier, was banned and almost $1000 cash was forcibly and threateningly removed. Pitboss says that the money was available due to a malfunctioning slot machine THAT HAS HAD THIS ISSUE FOR AT LEAST TWO DAYS but was still available on the floor. The nearly $1000 was available, cashed out and played through and then more money was retrieved while off premises. It wasn't until after an additional nearly 5 hours on the floor and a trip off casino grounds, that the casino demanded payment back in the sum of almost $1000. This left the player distraught, intimidated, and uncomfortable with the amount of money that would be left after the "malfunction", and casino demands. After the player ban, the group would leave, and we will never return to an establishment that cannot uphold their end, or offer any reparation for their mistake. Extremely displeased overall with how a situation at this extreme and with such consequence is handled here. Security is also very rude and takes pleasure in forcibly take money back from distraught players after an entire night of gambling. Immature staff. 0 star rating would be Grand!
