Lex Express Detailing and owner Paul are the best experience with customer service I have had in a…read morelong time. When so many large companies out there don't care about the casual consumer, Paul goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Lex Express was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and helped with providing great information from the start. When I had additional questions their responses were quick and helpful. We had ceramic coating done on one vehicle and as it was our only car, they came out and got it and brought it back the next day. When I had additional questions about the maintenance and care (specifically if I could go to a specific car was in Lexington) not only did Paul call the car wash to find out the soap type they used but he came out and did another inspection of the quality of his work. He then told me that I could use that car wash and they would inspect again at the original scheduled date and if there was deterioration they would apply the coating again free of charge! Lex Express is an amazing company and I highly recommend them. It is hard to find quality, reliability, and businesses that have high dedication to their customers, but Paul and Lex Express are a shining example of this.

I gave them a call and got an appointment within 14 days. Not only did they do a GREAT JOB, they also did a couple of things that they didn't have to do. For Example: Told me about a headlight that was making noise when on "high beam", (Dealer Problem) My wheels were not "Torqued" to specifications, as a matter of fact, they were 90 pounds off.
