I went through after this snowy winter to have the salt and grime washed off. So did a long line in front of me. Only problem was THERE WAS NO WATER DURING THE WASH CYCLE!!!! AND THEY WERE LETTING CARS GO THROUGH ANYWAY!!! The salt and grime from all those peoples' vehicles were accumulating on the spinners. It scratched my car from one end to the next. I paid extra for foam and stuff and didn't get it. Maybe it would've washed off the crap that scratched my car if it did. I just bought the car a week ago and it was in perfect condition. I'm so mad. I don't just want to complain. I feel they were negligent!!!! read more

Signed up with a $10 promotion for the first month and was told I could cancel at any time. Found out that this location can't be accessed from the online website. I spent 6 days trying to get it canceled, emailing customer service, but didn't receive a response until I was charged $45. I was then promptly told that they would not refund my money that you had to give at least a 7-Day advance notice which was NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE!! I I'm livid. And they're simply stealing from their customers. I promise this review as well as disputing the charge with my bank, which I'm in the middle of doing. You cannot have my business with no customer service and this type of"policy". The customer is clearly not right here and they could care less!! read more

Very poor management!!!!! And Very rude.. when I ask about using my unlimited wash the attendant was rude and acted angry as he told me that they did not have that equipment.... I will not go back I will drive to Lexington first. read more

You're lucky to get a car wash considering it's broke down half the time or not enough staff to run it. Paying a monthly fee of $40 a month just to get a few washes, when it's actually running, is unacceptable. And yet the company doesn't offer any type of partial refund. Poorly run business read more

This location went extremely downhill compared to prior owner/ franchise by another name. Most vacuums are broke , supplies sparse, & few workers. I plan to cancel monthly membership which I've carried for 3 years read more

Nothing ever works. Pressure washer to get bugs off front of vehicle. Matt washer been broken for three weeks now. This place sux ass and I'm sorry for the language but for $50 bucks a month I don't see them staying open for much longer. Especially with Tidalwave opening across the street. Sadly, I have to agree with many of the other reviewers. I have enjoyed this car wash for many years when it was still Super Shine and was a very loyal customer. I enjoyed the monthly membership at a reasonable price. There were always multiple workers at the site that could assist or answer questions. Since transitioning to Zips, I would arrive at the car wash only to have it closed during normal business hours. If they were open, there would only be one person working and attempting to direct cars, as well as their other duties. This meant that if I needed assistance, I would often have to wait awhile before someone would show up to help (if they ever did), or I would have to wait outside the car wash until the attendant recognized that I was there to be directed in. As others have mentioned, there was also the broken vacuums and lack of towels/spray for cleaning windows. But what really did me in was that they increased my monthly membership price without informing me that this would happen. I can put up with a lot of issues, but the lack of quality and customer service has made me seek services elsewhere. read more

ripped my sons light at off the Jeep. was told no fault but they program what brushes activate during a was and a light bar should never had a top brush programmed. can't tell me it's not their fault. damaged paint on door and top. took a chunk out of door. piss poor decision by them to refuse claim and they don't even get vehicles clean. shame on zips. read more
