I went through after this snowy winter to have the salt and grime washed off. So did a long line…read morein front of me. Only problem was THERE WAS NO WATER DURING THE WASH CYCLE!!!! AND THEY WERE LETTING CARS GO THROUGH ANYWAY!!! The salt and grime from all those peoples' vehicles were accumulating on the spinners. It scratched my car from one end to the next. I paid extra for foam and stuff and didn't get it. Maybe it would've washed off the crap that scratched my car if it did. I just bought the car a week ago and it was in perfect condition. I'm so mad. I don't just want to complain. I feel they were negligent!!!!
