Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.

When we started, we only knew what we didn't like about our current kitchen. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two!
