They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. What kind of dealership doesn't offer test drives of their vehicles? On top of that all the vehicles on their lot are sold as-is so there is no form of dealer warranty on any vehicles sold here. I would suggest anyone to look somewhere more reputable that offers warranties and test drives for their cars because apparently there is a serious lack of confidence here in the cars they are selling.

We didn't finance, we gave them a cashiers check for $24,000, which of course, they said it had been deposited, and that they would have to get it back from corporate, and it would take a few days. Well, it's been well over a week, we have not heard anything, nor do they answer our text messages. We aren't sure what they are trying to pull. But we get a very uneasy feeling from all of this. Wish we had never gone there. Maybe the smart thing to do, would be for them to hold any deposits, or payments on a car for 7 days, THEN make the deposit.

Additionally, I paid $1,999 for a ceramic coating package that failed in less than 30 days. Despite this being a brand-new flagship vehicle, the dealership has flatly refused to rectify the coating issue or address a manufacturing defect in the perforated leather upholstery. I am currently out $2,799 for unauthorized charges and failed services. I have already escalated this matter to the O'Brien Auto Group corporate office and the Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Save yourself the headache and double-check every line of your contract if you choose to do business here.
