He agreed with a few issues (brake pads was #1) and two other items he will address next week. Once I left the business, I felt a sigh of relief. I didn't feel played or taken advantage of. Juan never rushed me and explained things in a way I understood. I appreciate him and his staff. I just got my brake pads done today and next week, he will complete the other items. I didn't have time for an oil change today, but I definitely needed air in my tires. The manager came out to see what I needed And I told him that I didn't have time for my service but was very concerned about my tire pressure. He was so kind and receptive to my need and had one of his technicians take care of me right away. The technician, Michael, was also very kind and attentive. After putting air in all of my tires, he told me that my air pressure was very low at around 20. He also reassured me that whenever I needed to feel free to come back so that they can help me in the future. This is one of the reasons my family has purchased about 10 cars from Nissan/Infiniti Of elk grove is because of their service. I really appreciate the care that they take in their customers and I am the first to always share that information with others.

I came in because I had dealt with previous mechanics who didn't do great work, and I really needed an honest assessment of my car. They took the time to explain the condition of my vehicle clearly and honestly. What I appreciated most was how Joe broke things down -- he didn't just tell me what needed to be done, but also what should be a priority versus what could wait. That level of honesty and consideration really stood out to me and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my safety and my finances. The O'Reilly auto parts store down the street told me to come here after I first went to the Toyota dealership who wanted me to wait 4 hours just to diagnose my old battery and Les Schwab told me they ended up not having the battery I needed after waiting before they even looked at my car. I called here while driving from O'Reilly and was immediately placed on hold for almost 10 minutes before they finally talked to me. I was already in their parking lot by the time they answered and they told me there was no wait to get my battery diagnosed and/or replaced so I parked and went inside. Man that was a mistake in hindsight. What was said to be no wait ended up taking roughly 2 hours total. It felt like others who came in after me for oil changes and other services were getting served faster than me while I had what I thought was just a simple battery diagnosis and replacement. They also kept telling other people over the phone they had no wait and they should be in and out within 30-45 minutes. They gave me a 30 minute quote after replacing the battery as well to make sure everything was good which felt even longer than that. I also noticed when I got home there was a brown looking spot on the battery label. From what I researched it could be an anti corrosive material and is normal or it could be a potential leak if it spreads so I'm really hoping that it doesn't already have a slow leak. Overall, from this experience alone, I honestly can't say that I'll be back anytime soon unless my new battery suddenly starts having issues while under warranty. The price was also not great at $270 for a battery that may not last as long as my original battery from when I bought my car roughly 6.5 years ago. While I'm glad they were able to see me on short notice and replaced my battery, I felt like it took an unnecessarily long time for what seemed like a quick fix. I'm mostly just upset that I was quoted no wait as I was on the phone in their parking lot then spent nearly 2 hours which ended up in me having to cancel certain plans.

The question marks are behind her name because her service was very poor, tacky, and unprofessional. Klarissa N. needs to attend training or be demoted she lacks customers service and supervisor skills. Klarissa N. brought my filters in she suggested I replace them, I told her not today. Klarrissa N. got upset she went out to my car and put the filter in my passenger seat. When I got in my car the seat had dust/dirt visible, it look like a small plant spilled in my seat. Klarissa didn't vacuum or clean my seat after she placed the filter in my seat. I would never go back to this Jiffy Lube nor recommend their services as long as Klarissa N. works there.
