I hired the Tile Gallery to do a remodel on my kitchen and bathroom and floors throughout my condo…read more This was in 2019 and less than six years later, I was finally able to have it done right by another company.. Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel. You know you didn't earn it and you know karma is coming for you.

Our install was not the best experience due to the distributor cancelling our order for some…read morereason. We picked out our flooring two months in advance, and Abraham said that the distributor must have assumed that it was canceled because the install was not until two months later. I did not hear from them in the weeks leading up to our install so I called a week in advance to see if we were still good to go and they assured that everything was still set for the date we picked. Anyways, my husband had taken the week off of work and they only had enough engineered hardwood flooring to do one room. They went ahead and did the carpet in the bedrooms by Friday of that week. They didnt start on the rest of the house until the following Monday. So we had to takeoff work again, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The workers showed up on time on Monday to rip up the flooring. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday to install the new flooring so they were still working up until 8 o'clock that night and were still not finished by that evening so they had to come back out Wednesday morning to finish. Needless to say this drug on for almost 2 weeks with our house being turned upside down, not being able to get to our stuff or Cook in our kitchen. I requested that Abraham hire a cleaning service to clean our house because we both had to go back to work and didn't have time to put it back together until the following weekend. He agreed and he did send someone out the next day and they did an impeccable job cleaning the house and getting rid of the dust. I will say had the distributor not canceled our order, we probably would've had a better experience and it would've been done in a timely manner. I think that it's a reputable place and they're honest people. They could work on their communication skills a little better. Would I recommend them again yes because overall the work was good and they did try to make it right after the mistake happened.

Recently (almost a year later) we noticed a small crack forming across a few tiles. After 1 quick phone call I was on their schedule for a repair. The repair was completed quickly, the repair men were on time and professional, and most importantly the repair blends seamlessly with the rest of the floor. I am so impressed! Stop reading reviews and go with this company, seriously, you will not regret it. My wife and I…read morerecently had all of the floors, baseboards replaced along with a new backsplash in our kitchen. I went the typical route and checked with all of the big box stores to get samples and quotes. On the way home from the big box stores we decided to stop by 5 Flooring & Plus showroom located in Lavon. We were immediately greeted by a professional/knowledgeable woman at the front desk along with the owner (J.J.). J.J. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has almost 20 years of experience in the flooring and tile industry. He was extremely patient with my wife and I as we were very anxious about such a large project. The biggest difference between talking to J.J. is you are getting an experienced person who has installed all of the products on the showroom and will be able to help you truly pick what is best for your family and budget. My wife was very impressed with how good J.J. was at picking out flooring, tiles and how up to date he was on what was in style now and what looks timeless. After speaking with him for a few minutes I knew we had found our company since we were talking to the flooring expert vs someone who had to take a course to be onboarded into the flooring department of the big box store. We ended up picking waterproof vinyl plank flooring, upgraded baseboards and tile for bathrooms and laundry room. The prices were very competitive and MUCH better than big box stores. We came in at the perfect time since JJ and his crew had just finished another job and were available to start work as soon as possible. The crew showed up on time and every member of the team was nice, professional and respectful. The team moved all of our furniture without any hesitation and treated everything as if it were their own home. They finished our entire home in about 2 days. His tile guys are true artists and made our kitchen look amazing! This is truly a family owned business and I met a few members of J.J.'s family during process and they were all wonderful. There were no surprises when the final invoice came in and J.J. and his team did everything exactly as promised. No more do it yourself projects for me! I will be calling J.J. and his team back for many future jobs and can't recommend them highly enough. Pick this company and I promise you will not regret it at all.

Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done.
