I purchased a car from them not to long ago and I am in the process of TRYING to resell the car back to them, because it failed my state inspection. Basically everything that had to do with the emissions failed. I bought the car for about 7,000 CASH with 70,253 miles on it and now, at 70,704 miles all they want to pay for it is 1,5000. My advice, don't buy a car from a place that has only one salesman. #shady

We work with a variety of manufacturers, including Konecranes, Capacity, and Cummins. While we sell, refurbish, repair, and service all types of commercial transportation vehicles, we also sell new parts, assemblies, and products. Recently, we were honored to become one of the first dealerships in the U.S. for Konecranes Liftace cranes and trucks. A long-standing member of the Lancaster County community, K.T. Graham, Inc. recently relocated our operation from Ephrata to the Borough of Columbia. You might recognize our new location at 137 South Front Street--it's the former site of the Columbia Borough Fire Department! We chose this building because, like us, it was built to last. This is my first time using Yelp and was so stressed because my regular mechanic is my friend and he was on vacation when the brakes went out. I felt so much better when I found people who would help me . Special thanks to Charlton at C&A Automotive for making me feel at ease and gave me a great deal . It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare. Charlton worked his ass off and kept a good attitude . We're both talkers and that helped our mental health. Lol I can't recommend to highly. You need a car repair done he's the man to get.

I utilized Yelp to locate an auto mechanic familiar with the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I found Charlton…read moreof C & A Automotive Services through sending a Yelp project inquiry. Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

My mechanic recommended speaking with Gillespie Transmissions for insight. Mr. Gillespie answered the phone and was kind enough to stay and listen to me describe my car's issue, and give me a couple things to think about before I replace the entire transmission. Mr. Gillespie did NOT try and make a sale, or take advantage of me or my situation. Because of Mr. Gillespie's honesty and forthrightness, I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future. Thank you.

All they would say is it needs a tune up not telling me that now the check engine light is on and car barely idles. They called me to tell me it would be over $300 to repair. I told them how much do I owe you and paid $54 for them to drive my car waste my gas and not tell me it needed a ignition coil. I drove the car home and hooked up my code reader code P0302 came up. This means misfire cylinder 2 bad coil. I bought 1-coil and 4-spark plugs for $120. So labor cost $180 in this place for 1/2 of work. Coil packs have 1-screw and a plug to unplug. Spark plugs are right up front no cover to remove a piece of cake. I would give this place a zero if I could
