From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman. The best part is that they delivered all this great service and value without telling me every 10 minutes how honest they were and what a great deal they were giving me, and without brow beating me for a review on my way out the door! I came across this shop as I was driving in the area and decided to stop by to see if they were open so I parked on their driveway to look up their website and hours of operation. Seconds later I hear a truck honking behind me. I didn't think the honking was for me but apparently it was because the truck drove really fast into the shop nearly hitting the side of my car. When the person got out of the car he had this angry stare at me. I rolled down my window and asked him politely if he was the owner of the shop and he said yes. I said, "that was very rude and I guess won't be coming here". He then said I don't give a fuck. If you have any kind of business sense, you don't do that to a potential customer. I needed to replace a high-pressure fuel pump and they knocked it out in about 2 hours! --AJ actually showed me the new part to be installed. That was a first! HORRIBLE SERVICE; They will Take Advantage; i drive a 2018 range rover velar had a coolant leak…read moretook it to dannys they held my car for 3 days and when u received my car i paid my balance all to not have the issue fixed they didnt even put coolant in my car which made it overheat more and mind you i pad for coolant. when i brought it back the same day the claimed to of put coolant in. they also said they changed my water pump lol i took it to two other mechanics that said the water pump was never touched. when i confronted Danny about it he was speechless. this mechanic shop will take advantage of you if they think u dont know much about cars. i have proof that the water pump was never replaced. take a look at my picture below and ill let u decide if this is a new water pump or not.
