I've been meaning to come here for the longest time and finally tried it last night. It was incredible. My takeout order was ready super quick and everything was hot and fresh. I got sweet n sour shrimp and everything was amazing. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the egg rolls were flavorful and crispy. Huge portions too I had at least 10 large shrimp maybe more, along with a big serving of rice in a separate container. Unfortunately we brought our delicious meal home and watched the Spurs lose game 4 of the finals. Came here due to me wanting my protein for the day and vegetables! Decided on the two flavors lunch combo (photo). Also, a fly kept trying to land on the plastic plate. The place was pretty much empty and my rice was cold! Didn't feel comfortable on the cleanness of the area and let alone the quality of the food. Rice was cold while everything else was heated a little bit. The place looked like it barely pass food safety inspection. Anyways, I didn't feel comfortable eating the food while a fly kept trying to join me as well. Tbh the food was ight. Not gross, not amazing, just kinda mid :/. I got the Orange Chicken w. fried rice & again not bad, but not amazing. Chicken probably had too much sauce, but it was fine. Also the cream cheese rangoons seemed to be lightly filled & served on paper plates, which was funny but weird. Service was fine however, server was very attentive but did tell my friend and I "were the first customers..." when we walked in at like 8:30p. On door door dash, takes orders for delivery about 30 minutes before closing. Pupu platter for two didn't include dumplings so we got both. Definitely don't recommend it. Food in it was not that great. Egg roll, rib, Rangoon, plain wings, teriyaki sticks. Rib wasn't really edible, everything else needed some kind of sauce to make it enjoyable. Dumplings were a different kind of friend that you don't normally see when ordering takeout which made it kind of hard to chew. General Lee! This place has a great take-out system- huge portions, delicious food that is just ready to go out the door. The indoor seating at this reastaurant is a bit lackluster. I came in for takeout and saw that every order on a weekend night, when they were swamped- every order was takeout. Nobody seems to actually eat here. Get it and go. The dining room seems a bit depressing- it's small, not many decorations, tables that just look wobbly, a waitstaff that is virtually nonexistant, since they're all working on your food in the back. The staff only emerges when there's a reason to- an order comes out. Nobody comes in and puts in an order, just pick up. Call it in! The food is decent, nothing to write home about. Just large portions of acceptable food. You're not going to go hungry five minutes later with these big portion sizes! I got sweet and sour pork, which I'd be able to eat for two days. The portion sizes are so big you can easily split one dinner plate. The decor here by the register all looks authentic- buddhist shrine and bamboo plants and all make it an authentic Chinese Restaurant. read more

The only employee I saw was friendly and cheerful despite being surrounded by patient, yet uncheerful customers. Mediocre. It's your typical breaded chinese cuisine. Family owned which is nice, but they have VERY poor service due to demand and lack of competition in the area. They are not friendly and only care about money which shows in the food. They boast big portions, but the lemon chicken is very dry as if it sits out all day or is fried at high temps to save time. The hunan beef and mongolian beef are made in the same sauce, just less veggies in the mongolian (my gf and i ordered both and got the exact same thing). Then sesame chicken is more bread than chicken. Coming from NY and LA and being here for 3 years now. I wouldn't waste my time here again. I was not exactly thrilled w my food. I ordered beef and broccoli and it was standard, Americanized ( that's not really their fault for trying to provide a food service that fits more into the culture here.) I can't really speak much about the service because I had it delivered, HOWEVER... It was fast, it was hot, ample sauces and stuff you'd expect for eastern Asian foods. My kids loved their Fried rice and my fiancee as well, I just felt it missed the mark for me personally. A little bland, but fast friendly delivery. If you're looking for a great Chinese food spot, this probably isn't the one for you. This was my first time trying Lee's Garden and I was disappointed. I ordered orange chicken and fried rice which I thought would be safe because it's a common dish, I was wrong. The chicken was bland and rubbery. I was a bit scared to try out the food because of the negative reviews I've been seeing but I decided to take the risk and I'm not gonna lie, it was delicious and scrumptious . The Sesame Beef was great and was very flavorful . I had it delivered to me and the delivery guy was patient and kind so I would recommend for their service even though there's a little bit of a language barrier (shouldn't be a big problem though) . Wait time for me was around 20-25 minutes which is pretty decent at least. If you're looking for an authentic Chinese Restaurant, I'd recommend Lee's Garden . What I've heard about this restaurant vary from person to person. It's never a consistent love it, like it, or hate it. But I can only review from my experience from lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. First, the ice tea was weak, just colored water. Okay, no biggie. Next, the fried rice was cold. Not room temp, just plain cold. The entree itself was steaming hot so I figured it would balance out. Now the entree. The chicken tasted like boiled chicken that was tossed together with obviously frozen shrimp and okay beef. The sauce was okay, not the best but not bad. The egg roll was just plain bad. It was as though it was cooked/fries earlier and then kept under a heat lamp. It was not crispy at all. It was tough and chewy. I scooped out the pork and veggies from inside and ate that instead. Overall, a bad experience and would not recommend.
