I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

I want to give a shout out to Wagon Wheel Flooring. When we bought our house in Pinetop last…read moresummer, it had three different types of flooring between the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen (plus Laundry Room). Initially we were going to get flooring from Floor & Décor in the valley. However, we decided to stop in Wagon Wheel Flooring. I crunched the numbers and determined that the costs of not renting a trailer to go to the valley and pick up all the supplies was greatly outweighed by the cost at Wagon Wheel. We contracted with them and they replaced the flooring this week, finishing yesterday, a full day early. I cannot say enough good for Wagon Wheel. The two guys they sent over were very conscientious. They arrived when they said they would. They did a fantastic job of removing the flooring, installing the new stuff and cleaning up every day. They also took the opportunity to explain anything to us at the end of the day. So, rather than having three types of flooring, which included a hideously ugly carpeting, we have one floor style. I cannot say enough good for Wagon Wheel Flooring. We will be going back for carpeting in two bedrooms at some point. Best of all? We bought local!

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue.
