The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended.
