Update in regards to Andy's comment on my previous review:…read more Yes, after posting our previous review, we got his suggestion to go after the seller. After going through some consultations, however, we decided not to take action-- VA is a "buyer beware" kind of state and it would likely not have been worth the headache. So... we were going to drop the matter, and would have removed our review. But for whatever reason, Andy decided to have his lawyer write us an extremely insulting letter, essentially telling us our house was crappy, we were idiots for buying it, and BTW don't even think about suing him. We hadn't made any threats at all... why this belligerence? So... we take back what we said about missing something during the inspection, but one star for siccing his lawyer on us with a nasty, rude, and completely gratuitous letter.
