Both drivers (round trip) confirmed that they both knew as well as the company about mechanic issues with this van. Finally reached admin of company who stated "all our van's are in perfect working condition" which was obviously a flat out lie! Requested refund for half of trip and was refused. Avoid this company at all costs if u care about your loved ones!

Last week they asked if I could change my pick up from 7:45 to 6:45 I thought okay no I'll do that I need to get to my appointment. I get a text alert my driver was already at my address at 5:45 so I go out the driver says I know I'm an hour early but can I take a quick nap since we don't have to leave for an hour. I said absolutely no problem. Not even 5 minutes later I get a voicemail from Jeff from WMT dispatch that if I wasn't on the bus by 6:30 they would leave me. At this point Jeff is talking out his ass. I tell the driver Jeff has his panties in a bunch and we have to go I make it to my appointment at 7:35 doors don't open until 8am I got rained on my wound got wet my dr was like why is your wound wet told him what happened he said please try and be careful I had to wait I pouring rain again. Otw to the appointment the driver called Jeff directly and said are you going to compensate Kevin for an earlier ride home he said idk we'll play it by ear. Moral of the story is Jeff is a fucking piece of shit bully and I deserve compensation because this isn't the 1st time Jeff has talked to me that way or put me in a shit position like he did last week ever since last Tuesday my nonstop moto is FUCK JEFF. I met the ambulance here and I am so happy this is where the brought her. The staff has been an absolute blessing. Every person has showed competence and compassion for my Alzheimer's stricken mama. They have even taught me new ways to better care for her and made suggested that will go miles in improving her level of care. The respiratory therapists have been amazing; the doctors have been responsive respectful and brilliant; the culinary team has been so kind and helpful; phlebotomy came in like magicians who seemed to use magic to draw her blood because nearly each time was painless; and the nurses..... let me TELL you about these nurses! Wow! I mean they were beyond attentive to my mom's medical and psychological needs. They went out of their way to help her maintain her dignity, and never once dismissed what she had to say, even when she was a little whack-a-doodle. They adjusted to whatever was best for her! I'm talking to you, Christine, Corrine and Aiden! You and your crew made my mama smile and laugh through the terribles and for that I am forever a fan. The team at TMC Rincon are to be commended for doing their jobs with heart! Oh and this is a brand new facility. The ER was timely and thorough; the place is beautiful; and the room had a couch that converts into an actual BED for me to stay with her! And they have done away with the big beeping monitor system that always drives both patients and families crazy. She had a mini monitor "pack" that sends the feed to a central monitoring location which alerts the staff in the actual hospital if there an issue. This frees the nurses to do real patient care, instead of constantly responding to unimportant beeps and buzzes. I think they have really managed to create a different hospital experience for patients and families alike. I am very pleased, impressed and grateful.

My husband and I have both had fantastic experiences at Tucson ER & Hospital. I went this last…read moreFriday for severe knee pain. I'd been having issues but couldn't get into an ortho until June. The pain got worse after we'd been traveling. They suspected a blood clot, so they ran a lab test and had results in under an hour. Due to a high reading, they needed to do an ultrasound, and also decided to do an x-ray and MRI since I'd had problems for the past 5 months. All of these tests were done right there in under 4 hours. The wait was only for lab and radiology reports. Dr. Tarr was thorough, knowledgeable, and the kind of doctor you want to see. He visited with me 3 separate times about test results, answered all of my questions, and not once did I feel like he was in a hurry. He explained my knee issues and recommended a follow up with an ortho. A CD was provided in a folder with my MRI and xray info plus paper copies of the analysis for me to see. We had a similar experience 2 years ago with my husband's back issue. No waiting, helpful professionals, clean and quiet facility. (There's also a small, inpatient hospital but we haven't used that.) Another positive is that they offer outpatient services like MRI, x-ray, and blood tests. With a dr order, you could most likely schedule same or next day. You can also pay out of pocket for these and the prices seem very reasonable. Costs are published on their website. (Example, an MRI right now is $550.) I like that kind of transparency plus easy scheduling and minimal wait. The only negative is that since they are physician owned, they can't charge Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or AHCCSS due to a federal rule. But if you have private/commercial insurance, this is definitely the place to go! 100% recommend!

I showed up during what I understood to be business hours, and the front door was locked. There was a note on the door saying, "Dr. Meddy is in a meeting. Come after 11:30 am." Really? This is an urgent care. People aren't showing up because they have nothing better to do. They're showing up because they need medical attention. The word "urgent" is literally in the business name. If the clinic is going to lock its doors during posted business hours because the doctor is in a meeting, then the hours need to be updated online or patients need to be clearly warned that walk-ins may not actually be seen during those hours. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else for treatment. For a brand-new urgent care center, "come back later" is a pretty terrible first impression. UPDATE 9/28: Funny. I happened to drive past Serenity again today on my way to get breakfast and saw another handwritten sign on the door. "Will reopen Monday Sept. 28 at 9am. Call today to schedule your appointment." This photo was taken 2 hours after 9am. At this point I'm genuinely confused about how this business is operating as an urgent care. My first experience was arriving during posted hours and finding the door locked because the doctor was in a meeting. Now there's another closure notice telling people to call and schedule an appointment. If this is actually an appointment based clinic, that needs to be made very clear online. If it is a walk in urgent care, patients should reasonably be able to expect the clinic to be open during its posted hours. The giant "Urgent Care" signage makes one promise. The handwritten signs on the door keep making another.

We are so glad that the positive reviews we saw guided us to Immediate Care Arizona. This is the way medicine ideally should be practiced: a compassionate and competent friendly staff who attend to your needs quickly, thoroughly. We were able to be seen immediately after having had called, a thorough intake was taken, and Dr. Skinner addressed all issues, clearly explaining what was happening and what would be done to begin remedying out symptoms (Covid for both my husband and myself as well as pneumonia for me). He instilled confidence and trust with his knowledge and ability to start treatments (nebulizer, shot, gargle treatment that simply ended a searing sore throat), explained the medications we would be using, and, not a small thing, provided said medications before leaving the office. Truly - cannot recommend Dr. Skinner and staff too highly!
