Last week they asked if I could change my pick up from 7:45 to 6:45 I thought okay no I'll do that I need to get to my appointment. I get a text alert my driver was already at my address at 5:45 so I go out the driver says I know I'm an hour early but can I take a quick nap since we don't have to leave for an hour. I said absolutely no problem. Not even 5 minutes later I get a voicemail from Jeff from WMT dispatch that if I wasn't on the bus by 6:30 they would leave me. At this point Jeff is talking out his ass. I tell the driver Jeff has his panties in a bunch and we have to go I make it to my appointment at 7:35 doors don't open until 8am I got rained on my wound got wet my dr was like why is your wound wet told him what happened he said please try and be careful I had to wait I pouring rain again. Otw to the appointment the driver called Jeff directly and said are you going to compensate Kevin for an earlier ride home he said idk we'll play it by ear. Moral of the story is Jeff is a fucking piece of shit bully and I deserve compensation because this isn't the 1st time Jeff has talked to me that way or put me in a shit position like he did last week ever since last Tuesday my nonstop moto is FUCK JEFF. Could have lost a toe or foot because of this shit.. FUCK JEFF

My husband and I found Immediate Care Arizona last week when we were both feeling quite miserable…read more We are from out of town, and relied upon Yelp reviews of various urgent care facilities in the Tucson area. We are so glad that the positive reviews we saw guided us to Immediate Care Arizona. This is the way medicine ideally should be practiced: a compassionate and competent friendly staff who attend to your needs quickly, thoroughly. We were able to be seen immediately after having had called, a thorough intake was taken, and Dr. Skinner addressed all issues, clearly explaining what was happening and what would be done to begin remedying out symptoms (Covid for both my husband and myself as well as pneumonia for me). He instilled confidence and trust with his knowledge and ability to start treatments (nebulizer, shot, gargle treatment that simply ended a searing sore throat), explained the medications we would be using, and, not a small thing, provided said medications before leaving the office. Truly - cannot recommend Dr. Skinner and staff too highly!

When we finally called, the recording said they were short-staffed and suggested sending a message through MyChart instead. We chose to stay on the line (because how do you schedule an appointment in an email), and after one full hour, we still hadn't moved up in the queue. Scheduling a simple vaccine shouldn't be this difficult. It's disappointing that accessing basic healthcare services requires this much time and effort. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service and health care TMC provides.
