I have had many mammograms in the past and none were as painful and horrible as this one. The techician pushed and pulled my breast, chest, and arms in such a way that I felt serious pain. When I told her that the experience was awful, things got even worse. She kept rushing and did not take the time to tell me what to expect, but instead just kept pulling at my breast and shoving my ribs into the mammogram machine. It was a brutal experience. I will seek out a different facility for future mammograms.

Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and accomodating. I have never had a bad experiance here. I often prefer them over my regular doctors office. Kayln set me at ease and answered alot of my dumb questions without a shred of being annoyed. Michael examined me and explained the mechanics of my back issues. Michael explained what treatment I would recieve in detail and was also how to avoid injuring myself more. Celina was the last person on this incredible team. Celina gave me an injection to relieve my pain and was gentle and very empathetic. We talked about her schooling and how much she enjoys working at SAUC. But I got misdiagnosed on a couple parameters that caused me to be pretty worried for a long time. The X-ray machine was unusual, I had to bend way forward at the waist for chest x-ray, which caused misdiagnosis. the nurse practans the doctor both saw air bubble type cells in my lung -0xrays and thought it was emphysema. Turns out the cells were from my abdomen. Bending over to be xrayed brought the top of my stomach into the picture. The cells were gas! They both thought I had a huge bulge of my stomach into my chest. I chased that diagnosis for almost a year. I had no such thing. So be aware of this if you have a chest x-ray. But they gave me a great cough syrup, and the office was calming and lovely.

The letter was to notify all patients that on May 18th, over three months prior to notification, they became aware of a security breach. All of our medical records, personal information and identification has bern stolen. Spent all morning freezing my credit. Thanks for sitting on this for over three months before letting me know so I could TRY to protect myself. You'll never see me again.
