Excellent service for handicapped person! I arrived TUS International Airport at midnight with luggage and a scooter. The driver was on time, he was very helpful and courteous. The company confirmed the trip the day before, which put me at ease. I will definitely will hire the company back for my transportation needs. Excellent with my scooter too. Thank you! Do you have someone you want to get rid of, and make it look like an accident? Then B&B transportation is the company for you! Have them pick up your "special, someone" and transport them anywhere. If they don't die in a traffic accident, they will die of a heart attack from the stress of that trip. Make sure you get the young bald guy who loves to honk his horn and cussed everyone at every intersection. He's a winner! read more

Wonderful service! Jimmy our driver was wonderful! He was kind, funny and compassionate. Will definitely use this service again!

Absolutely horrible service! Do not recommend! We used B &B transportation to get my mother transported from our home to her assisted living facility. When I arranged for the pick-up, I confirmed the day and time of the pickup with the dispatcher, when he did not confirm it with me. On the evening of the scheduled transport, the van did not arrive. When I called to find out when it would arrive, the dispatcher said that he had put it on his calendar for the next day. He did not apologize for his error and was very rude. The van arrived at least 45 minutes late. Despite this, B&B charged the full rate ($80) and, again, when I called to pay, there was no mention of the mistake or any kind of apology for their error. The van was old, unmarked and a bit creepy. I do not recommend and will not use their "service" again. read more

We needed transportation from the hospital to a inpatient acute rehabilitation unit. This is the business that was selected. Gary and Ron showed up exactly on time and were very respectful upon arrival. They explained what would happen and made sure those not riding with knew where to go. During the ride they made sure to drive as gently as possible and made sure the temperature was good. Upon delivery to the facility they again were extremely careful and absolutely amazing. They didn't make us feel like we were just a job, they truly seemed genuine. read more

B & B Transportation - Just the business card, I didn't think to get a pic of the vehicle - Medical Transportation Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Excellent! Prompt and caring service. I highly recommend B & B. I tried to use them for all of the transportation needs when my father needed to come home from the ICU. When he passed I could not get the funeral home to receive my fathers body unless I used the funeral homes transporting service. I was so disappointed and offended by the director of the home. They made me call back B & B to cancel the pre-arranged final transport of my father. B & B did not blink an eye and would not accept any form of compensation for the scheduling and preparations made on a Sunday!! Best people ever! Hands down... read more

DANGEROUS SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - The driver was going 80 MPH and using her cell phone while driving, DRIVING WITH HEADPHONES IN, and taking taking personal calls over the two hour trip. I was transporting a 15 year old child (my sister) who had just had a full spinal fusion surgery from Phoenix Children's Hospital to our home in Tucson. Dispatch sent the wrong vehicle (without a lift) and we had to physically hoist the gurney with the child on it into the vehicle by hand. The driver said dispatch told her the child could do stairs. Absolutely not, when your child has a spinal fusion of all vertebrae- they can't do stairs. We fully explained this to dispatch, this is not an easy bit of information to forget after your child has spinal surgery. I asked the driver to turn off the radio so I could read out loud to my sister. That is when the driver decided to put her headphones in! Later she just decided to play music aloud on her phone speakers, texting to queue up her music of choice. Making multiple personal calls and complaining about how she couldn't wait for her shift to be over. Additionally- their EQUIPMENT IS OLD AND UNSAFE - THE GURNEY IS SO SMALL, my sister is 15 years old and weighs ~100 lbs and her arms were dangling off the sides of the bed, I had to fashion arm rests out of the extra pillows I brought so she would fit on the bed. As we were driving my sister was saying she was bouncing out of the gurney, the VEHICLE HAS NO SUSPENSION, I had to use my sweatshirt to tie her down to the bed - the two tattered seatbelts on the gurney are a joke. Inside the cargo van is raw metal and smells like gas, just filthy. The metal clangs around so loud it sounds like an earthquake inside the vehicle. When I called the owner about these concerns she hung up on me saying her lawyer would be calling! I am writing this FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR LOVED ONES - DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL TRANSPORT!! read more

Talk about a great company. I have nothing but high praise for them. They are friendly courteous and just a pleasure to work with. They treat you with respect and if there's a mistake they are happy to fix it. Being in a wheelchair part time is not fun. Trying to get from point a to point B can point B can be a hassle. B and B takes the hassle out out of that traveling time 2 appointments. A great company and I will use them for as long as I am in a wheelchair. Thank you B and B for getting me to my dialysis appointment on time. Thank you so much you guys are great read more

Absolutely terrible service! My 90 year old mother was scheduled for an eye appointment for a month and I booked this service 4 days prior and confirmed 3 times! They did not show up and when I called they claimed to have issues at the airport. I am beyond angry! I would never recommend this company to anyone! read more

This company is being slept on. This is by far the most reliable, affordable and professional gurney transport company I have come across in Tucson Az. The drivers are big, strong, friendly, caring, knowledgeable men. I feel like my mother is in good hands with them. I have no choice but to pay out of pocket for her dialysis appointments right now and until her insurance will cover it, I will use no other company. read more

The best transport crew ever. Safe and kind. Always on time and always so respectful. I have been using them for all of my transportation to and from bisbee to Tucson and Phoenix. Would not use anyone else. read more

I have found them to be reasonably reliable. They show up on time 90% of the time which great for the industry. They also have enough cars/vans to take short notice appts. without crying about it like the one car companies that pretend they are an actual company. I have found them to be a pretty good company to use. read more

Unbelievably awful. Had a semi-ambulatory adult male that needed transport from assisted living to physical therapy and return. Scheduling was no problem and, apparently, the trip from assisted living to the gym was OK. However, half an hour after the gym session was supposed to end I got a call from the trainer that the patient had not been picked up for his return trip. I called dispatch and the attendant apologized and called me back to let me know that the driver now had the patient. I was on my way anyway so I stopped at the assisted living to find out what happened on the drop off. The driver was INCREDIBLY hostile and complained that staff at the gym was racist and wouldn't allow him inside. He then started yelling at me and told me I had been abusing the patient. Next he went to the office at the assisted living and complained to them (assuming that I was staff at the assisted living) that I had threatened him. Staff at the assisted living was VERY uncomfortable and asked him to leave. The driver continued to rant and rave out into the parking lot while refusing to listen to anyone about the mistake he made. I called dispatch to inform them of the incident and when the dispatcher called me back she blamed ME for attacking her driver. I wouldn't recommend this service for any reason. I have NEVER run into a business that was so entirely unprofessional. When the driver was late or having problems he could have called me or called his dispatcher so that everyone was aware that there was an issue. He failed to do so. If he was having problems with the gym he could have called them to resolve his problems there but he failed to do so. When he ran late he could have apologized but he failed to do so. In response to every obstacle the driver became aggressive and blamed someone else. Then, to put the cherry on the sundae, his dispatcher also failed to take any responsibility for any failings and blamed me. read more

The one that you talk to when calling them, a man by the name of "bill", can be very rude and incredibly unprofessional when speaking to him sometimes. Some of the drivers also do not appear to show up on time and look and act as though they just rolled out of bed. To get from A to B I suppose it is sufficient, but I would not recommend this service to a friend unless it were the very last option. read more

Im from out of town ( LA) my Mom was in the ICU at Oro Valley Hospital . When She was discharged, I was told by her case manager at the last min , I was responsible for my Moms Transportation to her new care home ( an Hour South) With nothing to go on but googling I found B and B. Wow! Their Operator Bill helped me arrange transport within the Hour. The man who picked her up was kind to my mom and professional. He even stayed a few mins to make sure my mom was settled and gave all the papers to the owner! I was very Pleased! And the price was very INEXPENSIVE! My Mom unfortunately landed back at TMC . When I need medical transport home, I Called B and B, Once again great service. Thank you for making a difficult situation bearable. Once again, I appreciate your service very much. read more

My wife complete wreck after medical transport from UofA Medical Center and the B&B owner does not care. If I could give negative stars, I would. Beforehand, I told the driver and assistant that my wife was in pain and anxious about the trip - the assistant talked to her kids/boyfriend and ignored my wife, while the driver did not slow down when my wife said she was in pain (bumpy ride; asked to slow to 70 on I-10, but would not). I think the driver was speeding as he beat me to the destination medical facility and he said he had been going since 6AM - he started transporting my wife around 1630; not safe. The next day I called the dispatcher and explained what happened, and then asked the dispatcher to request the owner call me. She has not to date and it has been three days. read more

I used B&B years ago to transport my husband to the VA, so when I needed to get my Mom home from rehab I called them again. At the time of my call I asked them to bring a wheelchair. The next day the rehab ordered my Mom a wheelchair. That night I called B&B to let them know there would be a wheelchair at the rehab and they wouldn't need to bring one. When I gave him my name he said "oh my god". He left the phone and left me hanging on the line. I hung up and called him back. He was angry and admitted he'd left me hanging. I tried to explain the purpose of my call. It took a few minutes to get him to listen and realize he had mistaken me for someone else. Someone he'd had a bad experience with. If I hadn't been concerned about finding another transportation service with such short notice I would have canceled. As it turned out the driver took my Mom home without incident. But, I will never use B&B again. read more

B & B transported my 81 year-old mother (who had just had knee surgery) home from a medical facility. The owner was kind and scheduled a driver to pick up my mother with less than 2 hours notice. The driver arrived on time and was extremely patient with my mother and everything went extremely smoothly (he even drove carefully over bumps, etc.) Moreover, it cost us only $35---what a value! I plan to call B & B again and will recommend them to anyone! Very Happy! read more
