Three members of my family have been to you. Myself, my 20 year old son and my wife who started her career as a dental assistant and knows a little something about dental work. You can point the finger back at the patient, their dental care and their previous dentist but I'm guessing most people would be interested to know that all 3 of us had work done by you that had to be redone within those 3 years. You call it unprofessional for the dentist to call out? I find it refreshing that a dentist wouldn't try to overlook work done by another dentist. Your description of how you handle your phobic patients and how things are great just wasn't my experience. I had a terrible experience with you, each of my visits I felt like you didn't listen and I was a pain. I was by the way as I noted in my original review, I just don't need to be made to feel that way. My last visit I asked for another shot to numb me and you huffed and puffed, gave me a shot and disappeared to treat someone else, leaving me sitting there. I found you to be not at all patient friendly, just my opinion. The woman who initially answered the phone rudely told me she couldn't see my child at that office and they couldn't open a new chart for her and tried to dismiss me; this was specifically after being told by the North Brunswick office that the treatment my daughter needed could only be done in the Greenbrook location. After calls going back and forth between North Brunswick and Greenbrook, Greenbrook finally called and said they would see my daughter, but I had to register her as a new patient, for whatever reason they would not transfer her file. It finally comes time to make her appointment and there are insurance issues. The office was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve them. The issue is finally resolved, and I made an appointment for my daughter two weeks or more ahead of schedule. I called to confirm the appointment, confirm the insurance, and let them know a different family member would be taking her. My family member showed up with my daughter only to be told they wouldn't see her- again because of insurance. When I called to find out what was going on, I asked to speak to the office manager or the person who handled the insurance, which I know to be a woman. Instead, after some whispering the young man who answered the phone came back on claiming to be said person. I was then told that someone tried to contact me and cancel the appointment but my mailbox was full. There were NO MISSED CALLS of any kind, my voicemail box WAS NOT FULL, and even if that were the case there is a secondary number and email to reach me. Smile Express knew full well their contract with HBCBS would be ending September 1, and my appointment was scheduled for September 2. Their attempt to contact me was on August 29th. This office is full of nothing but disrespectful liars and I pray that no one continues to use them.
