Very helpful and informative. Today's visit - Lupe took our temp even before coming inside. She helped prepped us with the things we needed to do, took us to our stalls etc. Kathy - did X-rays needed & explain procedures pro's & cons. Assisted Dr Lee with our procedures. Dr Lee - as usual gives his professional advise on whats best to do w the given issue. Will not rush his work. A perfectionist. The only reason why I came to this dentist because because it was a recommendation... I was very disappointed in how they treat their patient. THE DENTIST IS RUDE!!!!! After he finished my procedure he just left and his assistant Lupe told me that I could go now because IM DONE! He didn't even advise me what to do next, what are the precautions that I need to do after the Filling of my tooth. Also, while he was doing my procedure he was complaining because he his haVing a backache the way my chair is positioned. He should have told me if he still wants me in his clinic! I'm just thankful to his other assistant Kathy because she was friendly and knows how to accommodate their patients. One thing that I stay in this dentist because it is 5 minutes away from my place but if I could find a dentist who is friendly, accommodating I'll be transferring to another one. read more

Came here because it is close to my job. I just started working at my job here in Norwalk and I was extremely very disappointed. I had them do a fill in my front tooth because it slightly chipped. Well the doctor was very rude ! He had no people skills what so ever! When the job was done my tooth wasn't filled correctly or buffed! So I told him and he got bothered that he had to do his job right then he did it again and was mad and splattered water all over me with the machine and then his tools he would set them on my upper chest area !!! Poor quality work and customer service: First visited Dr. Lee about a year ago and I wish now I never visited this office. The Dr. First filled a cavity and although I was a bit uncomfortable a few days after I thought I would be fine. Turns out some of the filling came off so I made a second visit. He supposedly fixed it only to feel the pain again about a month later. I called for an emergency appt. And the Dr. Himself answered and instead of getting an emergency appt. He said the office was closed that day, why even pick up the phone? And offered me an appt. A couple days later. Since getting the run around from Dr. Lee I feel like all he wants is the insurance money and cares very little about the well being of his patients. read more
