I never thought I'd be writing this, but I wanted to share what happened during my time as a…read morepatient here. I was originally a patient when Dr. Daisy was there. I had two extractions with her and then started an implant process with Dr. Patel in 2022/2023 after Dr. Daisy left. Over almost three years, I went through three different attempts at getting a crown, and each time seemed more painful than the last. As time went on, I felt like I was bothering them whenever I called them about the pain or mentioned that the implant felt loose. Between the second and third crown attempt, I got a second opinion from another dentist who told me the crown was loose and suggested I go back to let them know. When I returned and mentioned this, I was told it was normal to "feel" that way. It wasn't until I explained that another dentist had confirmed it that they removed the crown and said they'd send it back to the lab. After over a year of this, I honestly started questioning whether I was imagining the pain. The third crown attempt became loose the very next day after it was placed. During my final appointment, Dr. Patel explained that she could bury the implant or I could find an oral surgeon on my own or she could recommend one, to have it removed, as she couldn't take it out herself, despite being the one who had put it in. I decided to seek another opinion and eventually saw an oral surgeon who referred me to a prosthodontist. The prosthodontist confirmed that something was genuinely wrong - the implant hadn't integrated properly, which explained my constant pain. He explained that if I didn't have it removed, I risked serious complications like infection. I found an oral surgeon who removed the implant, which I had to pay for myself. Now I'm recovering from that surgery and, because the process took so long, I need additional corrective treatment. This has put me in debt with more procedures ahead of me. The financial stress on top of the physical pain has been really challenging. What's been hardest is that I put my complete trust in this practice.  The ongoing pain was emotionally draining, and feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously made everything worse. I've also had some administrative issues - I actually had to ask for a refund, which really should have been obvious given the failed treatment, and I still haven't received anything back. Email replies take days and days for responses.  My membership also hasn't been canceled and my payment information is still in their system, which adds to my financial concerns. This reflects my personal experience at this practice. Looking back, I wish I had made a different choice about where to have my implant done.

Dr. G took her time to answer any questions I had regarding my x-ray and let me know my options. I scheduled the extraction date for the following week and anxiously awaited for my appointment. They said it should take 30-45 minutes to get both of my wisdom teeth out. When it was time for the procedure, I nervously clenched onto the stress ball as they began injecting the local anesthesia into my gum. This is only the beginning, I thought, it's only going to get more painful from here. They told me to wait for 10-15 minute until it takes affect so I just watched TV while I start to lose control of my mouth. Dr. Raj and Maria came back and it was time. "You're going to feel some pressure," said Dr. Raj. What felt like 30 seconds to a minute later, Dr.Raj spoke again and said "Ok! You're good to go" I was confused, shock, excited, I don't even know. He did it so quickly and skillfully that I didn't even realize it was over. I've heard numerous horror recovery stories from friends with impacted wisdom teeth and uh...yeah...let's just say I only needed to take Advil twice and it's been a week since the procedure. THANKS DR. RAJ & TEAM!

It sucks we ended up to be ghinie pigs to go through this situation before anyone else does, so think before u decide to be treated there. I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this if I was wrong and didn't experience this. My first experience w the male dentist who I expected to see there gave me a better experience personally than the surprise female dentist and new staff who follow her. The entire staff all came from some other office filling in this one.. Now I go there and there is nobody and the location is a abandoned till there is a appointment from a new patient as a first timer my guess.... I'm sorry but the truth has to be said. Then dentures better be OK and we'll made and fit is all I'm saying because if not we're going to have to take action legally... How are you guys just going to let my poor wife go w no medication for her extracted gums and she has a hole and lottttts of pain, and massive headaches.... That is barbaric insurance or not for medication we still needed a written prescription for her to buy heavy stuff for her situation. We were willing to pay the full price with out the insurance. U just didn't want to give us the prescription. That's what she gets for $1650.00 and now she posted another 1450.00 and they are trying to scam my despute I put up with my carecredit card company, lying that my own wife apologized for me as a husband being rude, and that my wife was happy for their service, it's unbelievable that they lie, to make money on people like us, and yet my wife's partials are worthless and still won't fit, I'm insulted, it's unsanitary in the Oakley place, and they malpractice on people w the wrong tools, they use what they could find, and the assistant who was learning as she worked on my wife was unprofessional, your basically a ghini pig. Till this day my wife can't chew, and the fragment that fell of the opened wound was unsanitary, they made a quick buck In an hour in a half on my wife, v's my experience in 8 hrs in a different situation w a different dentist. I had a better experience as a husband than my wife did with this new dentist I never asked for, and this dentist insults me on the first day I took my wife there for service... Watch this place they know how to minipulate the credit cards from u getting your money back for bad service and partials that don't fit or work... I'm still fighting a despute and they wrongly wrote a letter to my credit card company called carecredit making themselves look like they did nothing wrong and make me as a customer pay for service that they lie about putting words in our mouths we did not agree on and dollar amounts we did not agree on... They scam people..
