I never thought I'd be writing this, but I wanted to share what happened during my time as a patient here. I was originally a patient when Dr. Daisy was there. I had two extractions with her and then started an implant process with Dr. Patel in 2022/2023 after Dr. Daisy left. Over almost three years, I went through three different attempts at getting a crown, and each time seemed more painful than the last. As time went on, I felt like I was bothering them whenever I called them about the pain or mentioned that the implant felt loose. Between the second and third crown attempt, I got a second opinion from another dentist who told me the crown was loose and suggested I go back to let them know. When I returned and mentioned this, I was told it was normal to "feel" that way. It wasn't until I explained that another dentist had confirmed it that they removed the crown and said they'd send it back to the lab. After over a year of this, I honestly started questioning whether I was imagining the pain. The third crown attempt became loose the very next day after it was placed. During my final appointment, Dr. Patel explained that she could bury the implant or I could find an oral surgeon on my own or she could recommend one, to have it removed, as she couldn't take it out herself, despite being the one who had put it in. I decided to seek another opinion and eventually saw an oral surgeon who referred me to a prosthodontist. The prosthodontist confirmed that something was genuinely wrong - the implant hadn't integrated properly, which explained my constant pain. He explained that if I didn't have it removed, I risked serious complications like infection. I found an oral surgeon who removed the implant, which I had to pay for myself. Now I'm recovering from that surgery and, because the process took so long, I need additional corrective treatment. This has put me in debt with more procedures ahead of me. The financial stress on top of the physical pain has been really challenging. What's been hardest is that I put my complete trust in this practice.  The ongoing pain was emotionally draining, and feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously made everything worse. I've also had some administrative issues - I actually had to ask for a refund, which really should have been obvious given the failed treatment, and I still haven't received anything back. Email replies take days and days for responses.  My membership also hasn't been canceled and my payment information is still in their system, which adds to my financial concerns. This reflects my personal experience at this practice. Looking back, I wish I had made a different choice about where to have my implant done. read more

The type of care I receive from this location is astounding. It has been a while since I went into a dentist and wanted to have a feel to the condition of my teeth and what can be done if anything was wrong. The dentist explained everything in great detail and ensured I understood what was being said. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The customer service they provide is amazing. During your procedure they make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. As they are working on you they are explaining everything they are doing so you as the customer knows what exactly is going on. Cherry on top they call you the next day to see how you are feeling and if there is any questions you may have. 10 out of 10 I recommend this place. Look forward to my next appointment. read more

THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS AWESOME SAUCE!!! Ive never had a regular dentist, very dentist phobic!! I got the referral from 1800 dentist, so i didnt have very high expectations.. My first visit was the intial consult with xrays.. I got DrAnna.. I love this woman. As a dentist she rocks!! She communicates what she is doing, there were no surprises.. i was honest with her about my history and my fears, and she really stepped up.. She made my 1st experience after years of dental neglect, dare i say amazing.. My next two visits were a deep cleaning for each side of my mouth, lets face it somethings are just gonna hurt..Dr Anna was patient and didnt rush... I really liked how they called and checked up on me the day after.. They answered all my questions no matter how stupid they seemed.. very accomadating.. The staff is very friendly. I have been going to Dr. Daisy at Forever Dental on Archer for 3 years. the staff are very friendly, the office is clean. I have very high anxiety and have freaked out so bad it was embarrassing. Dr. Daisy and her team calmed me down even though I wanted to come back and not waste her time. BUT Dr Daisy was not having it, calmed me down, talked and counted down in spurts to get me thru the visit . Dr. Daisy is so nice, gentle and very patient. Dr Daisy and her team are awesome. Everyone is friendly, patience, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they remember little things about me like how the mold trays are difficult for me and always asking about my child. I did my Invisalign with them. Although it took longer than expected, I am very happy with my result. Dr Daisy checked up on me via phone call when the office was closed due to the pandemic. I have been coming to this place for a few years, it's hard to find a dentist! I have been a patient of dr jackies, she is very thorough and straight to the point which I like . She is probably the most fastest dentist I have had that's filled my teeth ! She wasn't very rough either .. My experience there was great! Everyone was friendly and answered any question I had. It was super-smooth. Dr. Reshma Dhake was exceedingly friendly. After she had finished with me, she heard me asking additional questions from the hall and came back in to help! I was shown a couple options for my repairs to my mouth, including a much cheaper version. No pressure to do the more expensive one, just all of my options. I liked that. Great hours, great service! I recently took my 9 and 7 year old for their routine dental check ups. We're pretty new to the practice and their Dad has been taking them due to our schedules but I finally had the time and I was able to see what their service was like. I was so impressed by their dentist, Daisy and her supporting staff! The entire process of updating forms, checking in and the service itself was seamless! So easy and super quick! It turned out that both of my kids needed fillings and the way that the dentists approached them and put them at ease was so nice to see! She educated us along the way and made sure the kids also understood how to prevent future cavities. What a sweet staff. I'm happy to see that my children are in great hands when it comes to their dental health and so happy to see how well organized they are. I went to this dentist to repair a tooth that hurt with the cold, well I went and they repaired it but they told me it may hurt even if we repair it but it will only be for two weeks but it is normal two weeks passed and I came back and they told me that it was normal that I was going to last a month the pain was going to go away. And so I left it after a month of enduring the pain, I returned a month and it continued to hurt and they told me that they could no longer do anything, the truth is I do not recommend this place, what place does it tell you that it will hurt even if they have repaired it? read more

I went to this office about 3 years ago because one of my tooth fillings had fallen out. I did not have insurance at the time and was going to pay out of pocket for the filling. After initial evaluation, the dentist I saw wanted to do a cleaning and have me come back the following week for the filling.. I said no and asked her to only do the filling that day as it was much more urgent to fill the hole in my tooth than to clean my teeth. Why would she expect me to wait a week for the very issue I was there for? This itself made me uneasy and uncomfortable. Then when she checked my gums she hurt me with something sharp and did not apologize or even acknowledge my obvious discomfort. To this day on occasion my gums bleed from the same spot where she hurt me and this had never happened before. And the filling she gave me was of terrible quality as it gradually deteriorated with time and today the last bit came off completely. This has never happened with any other filling. Yes the previous one fell off but that was due to me chewing something sticky and I have since completely avoided foods like that. I normally do not write reviews for anything but I feel people should be warned of the terrible treatment you get from this place even paying in cash. I felt like they just wanted my money and did not care for me at all as a patient. read more

This is the best dental office I've ever visited! Everyone I met was really kind, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. I usually get really nervous about going to the dentist but that feeling quickly went away once I got there. They broke down my treatment plan and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the procedures and costs my insurance would cover. read more

I've had 3 visits here over the last couple years. I never saw a dentist regularly in the past, so I don't have as much to compare her to as other reviewers might, but I am very happy with Dr Dhake and her staff. She and her staff are very nice and still very professional. Making appointments was easy whether on the phone or in person. They don't make me feel like I'm wasting their time when I ask about my charges vs my insurance's portion. When I mentioned that my job involved working with people taking certain mx, she gave a stack of pamphlets related to certain dental side effects from those meds. She tried to get me to consider teeth whitening my first visit, but didn't get pushy when I said I wasn't interested right now. I really like Dr Dhake, she seems very knowledgable, and her staff are great. read more

Dr. Dhake has a well-kept and accessible office with great staff and prompt service. Dr. Dhake and her staff walked me through each of the services that I would be receiving and made sure that I was comfortable throughout each procedure. I had my first experience with Complete Care somewhere between 2008 and 2009 with Dr. Dhake. My previous dentist told me i needed two crowns and had said I had to pay an insane amount out of pocket for it. I went to Dr Dhake and her estimates were very reasonable. She said I did not need a crown on the other tooth and she put a filling and has been great. The staff is very friendly, the appointment reminder system is very effective plus you get to watch cable tv during the procedures. I'll keep returning :) read more

Today I called to check the time for my daughter's (4 yr old) dental appt. and to my surprise Dr. Dhake answered the phone. This is actually the 2nd time I've called (different reasons) and she answered the phone. I love that the Dr. is actually part of the team that works here not just the person in charge. Also, I visited the website and was happy to find the new patient documents available f...or printing and filling out beforehand. Finally, I LOVE all the outreach work that Dr. Dhake and Dr. Daisy have done with the various schools and local organizations in the community. Today I have recommended Complete Care Dental to my fiancee. What a great place! Let's just hope my 4 yr old feels the same way after her visit tomorrow. By the way, I have been to Dr. Dhake before and was very pleased with the process of check up, x-rays, and cleanings. I first visited Dr. Dhake because I knew I needed to get a cavity filled (first time ever) and after the initial visit with check up and xrays, on the following visit (1 week later) they took care of it. I found it to be such a relaxing environment for a dentist office. Dr. Dhake also identified some areas that needed some extra daily cleaning (on my part) to avoid periodontal disease. I also come in for visits every 3-4 months for cleanings as a preventive measure. I can actually say I look forward to my appointments. read more

I changed my dental plan so that I could continue to go to her...She is super friendly....I was hooked when her dental assistant brought out the stethoscope to check my blood pressure.....I asked why...and she stated that sometimes patients go to the dentist more than they go to the doctor.....and its important to catch hypertention...I think that is above and beyond any dental offices duties!!! This place is horrible!! The service is ok but the office staff is very incompetent and the dentist herself is ignorant of what the staff does. I went in and presented my dental insurance and asked if they were un the network as I had seen the place and thought it looked nice and clean. They said yes they were and made appointments for me. They told me what the deductibles would be and I paid. After my service was done they sent me a bill for the remainder of my services. They said that my insurance did not cover it. I called the insurance company and asked what they problem was and they said that they were not part of their network but they could join, by filling out a form, and joining at no charge. I relayed this information 3 times! And yet they did not want to join, after lying to me that they were part of the network. After a year of fighting this, and asking them to join so that they could get paid, they sent me to collections. This place is horrible!!! Stay far, far, far away. read more

Best Dentist ever!! I've been coming for a few years now, seeing Dr. Dhake and she is fabulous! Always super friendly and stops to have small talk, never rushes through your appointment. I was referred to this dentist by a colleague and changed my dental plan to attend this clinic. They are very engaged in community projects as am I, and I supported the candy for troops drive by making a special trip, just to deliver a number of bags of candy. At the outset, this appeared a good fit until I had a crown replaced. The (front tooth)crown broke off - days after its insertion- and a day before I had to attend a conference. Dr Daisy told me that the tooth could not support the crown-- why then- as the professional- wasn't I told this before the procedure? Was this really the reason or an attempt to cover a mistake? She re-glued the crown and gave me extra glue --in case it came out again. Who walks around with tubes of glue in case their front tooth comes out???? read more
