I have been coming to this place for a few years, it's hard to find a dentist! I have been a…read morepatient of dr jackies, she is very thorough and straight to the point which I like . She is probably the most fastest dentist I have had that's filled my teeth ! She wasn't very rough either .. The staff and assistants are very friendly and welcoming , they will try their best to accommodate you .. In my recent visit there was a guy talking inappropriately and the staff member shut the conversation down ! Very positive experience

I never thought I'd be writing this, but I wanted to share what happened during my time as a…read morepatient here. I was originally a patient when Dr. Daisy was there. I had two extractions with her and then started an implant process with Dr. Patel in 2022/2023 after Dr. Daisy left. Over almost three years, I went through three different attempts at getting a crown, and each time seemed more painful than the last. As time went on, I felt like I was bothering them whenever I called them about the pain or mentioned that the implant felt loose. Between the second and third crown attempt, I got a second opinion from another dentist who told me the crown was loose and suggested I go back to let them know. When I returned and mentioned this, I was told it was normal to "feel" that way. It wasn't until I explained that another dentist had confirmed it that they removed the crown and said they'd send it back to the lab. After over a year of this, I honestly started questioning whether I was imagining the pain. The third crown attempt became loose the very next day after it was placed. During my final appointment, Dr. Patel explained that she could bury the implant or I could find an oral surgeon on my own or she could recommend one, to have it removed, as she couldn't take it out herself, despite being the one who had put it in. I decided to seek another opinion and eventually saw an oral surgeon who referred me to a prosthodontist. The prosthodontist confirmed that something was genuinely wrong - the implant hadn't integrated properly, which explained my constant pain. He explained that if I didn't have it removed, I risked serious complications like infection. I found an oral surgeon who removed the implant, which I had to pay for myself. Now I'm recovering from that surgery and, because the process took so long, I need additional corrective treatment. This has put me in debt with more procedures ahead of me. The financial stress on top of the physical pain has been really challenging. What's been hardest is that I put my complete trust in this practice.  The ongoing pain was emotionally draining, and feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously made everything worse. I've also had some administrative issues - I actually had to ask for a refund, which really should have been obvious given the failed treatment, and I still haven't received anything back. Email replies take days and days for responses.  My membership also hasn't been canceled and my payment information is still in their system, which adds to my financial concerns. This reflects my personal experience at this practice. Looking back, I wish I had made a different choice about where to have my implant done.

Was looking for a dentist since moving to Chicago. I was starting to feel a little discomfort in my…read moreback teeth and wanted to have a dentist take a look at them - more as a prevention, than intervention. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Upon arrival for my appointment, X-rays were taken and I was seen by the Dentist within 15 mins. I was impressed. The Dentist explained my x-rays and made recommendations for a treatment. That same day I had a deep cleaning, or scaling of my teeth. Not the most pleasant experience, but with the numbing of my mouth, and the patience of the Dentist, it went fine. My mouth was numb for a couple of hours, with soreness that followed for a couple of days. Unfortunately, about 10 days later, I cracked a tooth in the back of my mouth and it could not be repaired. This happened on a Friday evening, and I was able to see the Dentist first thing Monday morning. The extraction went off without a hitch. After a round of antibiotics and medication for any discomfort, I was back to eating normal, and all is well. I would chalk up my whole positive experience to the Dentist at Archer Dentistry. I highly recommend them for annual Dental care and in the case of emergency care!

Archer Dentistry, more specifically Dr. Juweria deserves 10 stars!!! I could have saved myself from…read morea lot of headaches! This is a long story... please read on! It's worth it!!! Last year, I needed to extract 4 teeth (3 wisdom & one last baby tooth). Instructed to not eat nor drink since 12am the morning of, then rinsing my mouth with some nasty chemical, they charged me for all 4 before doing anything. Due to the anesthesia, I required someone to drive me home. Only to find out, they left a wisdom tooth!!! At my followup that week after, I told the nurse I still have one more! She said she has to talk to the Dr. After numerous phone calls, they kept telling me that all the work I paid for was completed. After requesting for my file months later, they voluntarily gave me a minor partial refund. All in all, super expensive & too much trouble!!! After that horrible experience, I went to 3 more dentists for estimates. All 4 were comparable ... WAAYYY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Now, at Archer Dentistry, it was a completely opposite experience!!! Just like a regular doctor's appointment, there's absolutely no pre-op procedures. I was even instructed to EAT right before my tooth extraction for fear that I'll be hungry afterwards. Television in my room was already playing reggaeton music videos, when Dr. Juweria (the sweetest) walks in. She applies an anesthesia to the tooth with an instrument that looks like a toothbrush. She then injects me with another anesthesia. She leaves the room for 5 minutes allowing the medicines to activate. She & the nurse comes back. Dr. Juweria grips the tooth, wiggling. This process took about 3 minutes ... It's out!! The nurse places the suction tool in my mouth to clean up any excess. As with any other completed service, as I'm walking out, that's when I paid a fraction of the price compared to the 4 other dentists!!! As they're in my neighborhood, I walked there & back by myself without any restrictions. I even ran an errand before getting home. Sssooo much easier!!! Matter of fact, I'm scheduled with Dr. Juweria for my implant (the baby tooth) in October as well as teeth cleaning in 6 months!!! Fantastic, quick & efficient service!!! Based on my experience, I believe they do everything dental ... root canals, dentures, crowns ... all ages welcome!!!

My sister thankfully found Dulce Dental and had nothing but good things to say, so on Thursday morning after the dentist who put me through so much distress with not one but three failed crowns, I called Dulce Dental, they got me in on Saturday and I had the most thorough exam ever. And even though I need to see a specialist, I got more answers than I have in the last 5 years. Dr. Melissa's bedside manner is top tier -- she took her time, didn't rush me, didn't minimize my pain, she was kind and empathetic and, most importantly, she was transparent in telling me that my implant needed a surgeon. I was strung along for years at my last dentist and in one appointment, she explained why I was in constant pain and she referred me to someone who can help me. The staff in the front and the back are very kind, professional and very calming. I was in tears walking in and walked out feeling hopeful.
